Staying at Spark by Hilton Tucson Airport turned a stressful situation into a genuinely pleasant experience. Our flights back to Connecticut were canceled due to the February 21–24 blizzard, and we arrived exhausted and unsure of what to do next. Giselle at the front desk immediately stepped in with professionalism and empathy, getting us accommodated with an early check-in without hesitation.
A special thank you to Monica, head of housekeeping, and her team, who prioritized cleaning our room so we could get in as quickly as possible. That level of coordination and care is not something you see everywhere—it made a real difference after a long travel disruption.
The staff here didn’t just provide service—they solved a problem and did it with kindness and efficiency. Truly a lovely experience during an otherwise chaotic travel delay. Five stars all around.

Literally a two minute drive from the airport. Good customer service at the front desk. They provide room servicing every OTHER day... and they missed a day. So we only got our room cleaned once on a five night stay. Free coffee in the lobby 24 hours along with snacks for purchase. Rooms, common areas, workout room and exterior areas were clean. Beds comfortable. We stayed in room 302 and it was relatively quiet

Low budget hotel I ever stayed. Breakfast was nothing like others. Something quick and low quality. Zero room service. We stayed 5 days and get zero room service. We even asked the front desk and still no service. Bed was wobbly. Pillows were extra soft and thin.

We came at 3 to check in but no room available yet. We had to wait another 30 mins. The room was ok. Ac cool enough. uncomfortable bed and pillows. Cheap pool chair in the room!! Shower room has no shelf for any extra important items other than hotel soap and shampoo. All cheap quick breakfast but at least the lady there was nice and friendly. Room service only comes every other days. The most unsatisfactory was the noise around the room. We can always hear door slamming from far away to next door of our own, baggage carts rolling on upstairs or even on same level.

This was my first time staying at this location but I am loyal to the Hilton brand. I typically stay at the Hilton Garden Inn one street over but they were sold out. This had the amenities I was looking for (refrigerator in room, etc.) and was in the location I wanted.
The good:
- Very friendly and helpful front desk staff
- Bed was very comfortable
- Bathrooms are well stocked with soap, towels, etc.
- Plenty of room for one person (I got the king with sofa bed room)
- Wireless charging stations in the room for electronics
The bad:
- If you have to use the desk to get any work done, don’t plan on being comfortable. Every hotel I’ve ever stayed at has an actual desk chair. This does not. It only had a hard metal chair that looks like it came from the pool area. I had to put a pillow on it while using it
- They have a free cold breakfast but it’s not worth it. I expected the options to be limited but you can tell they use the cheapest food when they can. Example: The bagels are very obviously a cheap generic brand because they had that low quality taste
- Very limited parking. If their lot is full, you have to park next door at the Baymont Inn
- The pillows are very uncomfortable
- This hotel is very loud when it comes to air traffic. In addition to the Hilton Garden Inn where I typically stay, I’ve stayed at the Double Tree right down the road, which is closer to the airport. You can always hear the planes but for some reason, you can REALLY hear them at this hotel. The only thing I can think of is that this building was very cheaply made
I will note they have a fitness center and pool but I did not use them on this trip.
I’d stay here again if the other two Hilton hotels are unavailable but it would not be my first choice.
