    Had a pleasant stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice views of the surrounding landscape from west facing side of hotel.

    Rooms are very nice and clean, location is good to where I needed to be ,but..... to charge for parking when we are guests is not cool, but it is what it is.... elevators not working properly was not a good thing, especially when employees agreed that this has been an ongoing issue. No smoking sections was a little inconvenient because it was only allowed on street area, where there's a lot of "strangers" walking around . When I booked this room months ago, what I chose on website was not what was given to me, which was also inconvenient. I know the small print is going to say otherwise, but paying customers should be deceived.

    Currently staying at home2suites downtown tuscon where there is a loud bar across the street, when I called to ask the front desk about that, they said “yeaaaah and they don’t stop until 2am.” When I asked if there were any other rooms available, they told me that they were not. I think prior knowledge of the loud activities on the side of the building closest to the owl club should be made aware in the bookings. Any rooms on southeast side of the buildings would be best avoided.

    Clean, comfortable, quiet, and they have a great free breakfast in the morning. Excellent location with a parking garage.

    I have stayed here on 8 different occasions since May 2025. The hotel is in a great location, close to the highway, and the parking garage is convenient. The rooms are very spacious with beautiful views. The staff is also very nice. However, the last few stays are resulting in me taking my business elsewhere to another Hilton. One of my stays, the internet just stopped working while I was working late at night so I had to use my phone’s hotspot. I had an early morning flight and took a shower at 4am only to find out there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles. The following stay, I doubled checked the shampoo/conditioner/body wash just in case and the body wash was completely empty. I told reception and they happily gave me a small bottle of body wash. I never complained about any of that as they are just small things but I had enough after my last stay this week. I got to my room and it had an odd stench. The bathroom smelled really bad, kind of like sewage. On the couch, there was a dried blood stain. After further inspection of the rooms, the cleaning was subpar with stains on countertops and the kitchen sink. I was so grossed out by the couch and asked for a new room. The front desk was great with getting me a new room and very apologetic when I showed them pictures of the couch. The new room they gave me was a lot cleaner than the original one which leads me to believe that the last room had a bad clean. The front desk let me know that they would let the manager know as well as give me some points. However no extra points were given and no one from the hotel reached out about it after the fact. It’s unfortunate because I was a regular staying 1-2 nights a month and I liked the hotel. All these little things have added up so I’m just gonna stay at The Graduate instead. I know I’m going to just receive a boiler plate response about how they’re sorry about my stay and I should call or submit something to their website, but nope I’m good. I shouldn’t have to bring up a concern for the 3rd time.
