I love the Home2Suites chain, but this one has issues. First thing we had to do was request a do not disturb hanger for the door. We stayed 5 days and most the time the coffee was luke warm at best. Our shower glass door would not stay closed. The floor above us squeaked when someone walked on it waking us up at night. Then on checkout day we were told checkout time is 11:00 even tho on our door in bold red numbers says checkout is 12:00. They said they informed us during check-in it's at 11 which they probably did. They could have corrected the one on your door or just covered it with tape. It added to our confusion. The good things about this Home2Suites is the breakfast is good, rooms are clean, easy parking and reasonably priced.

We stayed here with two adults and three kids in a studio queen room, and somehow no one lost their mind. The room was genuinely huge. Like, everyone had space and no one had to negotiate sleeping boundaries huge. The kitchenette was fully stocked with a dishwasher, sink, microwave, full-size fridge, and dishes, which was extremely helpful and also made us briefly consider moving in. The two queen beds were super comfortable, and there was a pull-out sofa for our 16-year-old… who took one look at the effort required to pull it out and said, “I’m good,” and slept on it folded up. Comfort apparently met laziness, and laziness won. The room was clean, well laid out, and clearly designed for families who travel with more people than patience. The only reason I didn’t give this hotel five stars is the breakfast. Breakfast is advertised until 10am, and we arrived around 9am feeling optimistic. That optimism did not last long. There was a breakfast buffet… but most of the food had already gone on vacation. No waffle mix. No eggs. No plates. No coffee. No orange juice. No butter. The options were… limited. To their credit, when we asked, some items were refilled, and you could tell this breakfast has the potential to be really good when everything is actually there. We did have to reheat our food, which added to the adventure. All that said, we would absolutely stay here again. The room alone made it worth it — we’d just come a little earlier for breakfast next time (or emotionally prepare ourselves).

Always a pleasure staying here; friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a nice variety of breakfast foods available in the morning.

Was a bit of a distance off the hwy 10. More than expected. Front desk service was not my typical Hilton front desk expert. Room was great and spacious. When I got in the shower it was discovered....no soap in the soap dispenser. Love Hilton, love Home2suite. Just not our usual expert.

I don't think my shower was cleaned prior to my stay. I had to text on the app, call the front desk, go to the front desk, and when the housekeeper finally did come he argued with me in broken English instead of checking himself that it was empty. They provided 2 quarter rolls of TP and somehow were out of paper towels. I like the breakfast quality and variety, and I'm glad they have a Peloton exercise bike like Hilton should. Kettle nells were cool too. But I will a avoid this chain and especially this location in the future. The top floor woke me up banging the kitchen cabinets at 4:30 am (get soft close hardware FFS) and the acoustics are so terrible I can hear the person above me yawning loudly at night. They only put 2 bottles in the shower - 1 shampoo & 1 body wash. And even though they have big bottles of conditoner - instead of installing a 3rd bottle you get a mini. I wish they had a hot tub, especially since there are no bathtubs. No one cares enough here. They text you to ask how you are but then font follow up.
