When I asked why, they said it was because I booked online. In this day and age, who would book a hotel online instead of going to the hotel in person? The staff at this hotel are unforgivable.

The door stops was removedthree different stories for the same charge. I have called and made a complaint with corporate still nothing resolved this place does what they can to take your money for no reason.
