Nice, clean, spacious dining area. Best coffee machine. Our room was also very super quiet and restful.

- JMJessica MacLaneNov 30, 20252.0The location was great. Right off the freeway and near good restaurants. The front desk was awful. It was cold the night we stayed. They left the air to 62 degrees so we turned on the heater and the whole unit started smelled like fire and the fire alarm went off. It smelled awful in there and we couldn’t breathe. We had a suite and after the front desk had to call and wait for the manager to switch us into another room not a suite. It took about 45 minutes to get into another room. That was great they were able to accommodate another room for us but they never refunded us for the downgrade after we had spoke with the front desk, they said the manager would call us. It’s been a week so far and no call from the manager about the issue. We had to stop here again on the way back home, I did not want to but tried again, our room now the unit was so loud and made a loud rumble sound I turned it off. We stay at ihg hotels all the time and unfortunately this one was the worst we have stayed at. I do want to say the breakfast was amazing despite the dirty hotel, the staff doing the breakfast was very attentive and hospitable.
