Das Hotel hat eine gute Ausgangslage zum Saguaro National Park und nach Old Tucson. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

I wasn't expecting much, considering that this is a Holiday Inn, after all, but the staff, cleanliness, breakfast buffet, and gym were wonderful. Our room was clean, well maintained, and quiet. The gym was very small but really lightly used and the equipment was in great shape. The staff was very fast and receptive. The breakfast cinnamon rolls were delicious! Overall, a great stay. The only reservation I have is that the location is SCARY. There are very shady people walking around at all hours of the day and night and I felt very unsafe being outside on the street outside the hotel. Otherwise, it's a great spot for a stay.

The mattress in the bedroom felt like I was sleeping on the box spring. The shampoo/conditioner bottles were deteriorating in the shower. The door to my room didn't close all of the way unless I pushed/pulled it tightly. The cart I used to get my luggage into my room was difficult to maneuver. The best parts of this hotel were the typical chain staples, including the breakfast bar, access to coffee, tea and cocoa 24/7, laundry & fitness center, and pool access. Personally, I'll choose to stay at another hotel the next time I'm in the area. This one just didn't cut it for me, especially for the price.
