I’m seeing so many negative reviews! We’ve had a great stay here! We were warmly welcomed by Ms Alicia at the front desk. She assisted us in getting an early check in. Our room was spotless and the towels and linens all exceptionally clean. They have a 4-6pm Happy Hour. Restaurant service in the morning and evening hours. Ample parking. Great location to access many of the local activities. I strongly recommend booking through the Hilton site. The pricing is just as competitive and you can leverage additional perks. Happy Travels!!

The experience was good
BUT no one said a thing about PAID parking qe were there for 5 days and no one said a word about parking charges untill we checked out. If i would have known about paid parking we wouldnt have stayed there as i think they charge enough without parking very un cool
⭐️ 1 Star – Unprofessional and Not Worth the Price
I’ve stayed at Hilton Tucson East many times over the years only because of proximity to my work, not because the hotel deserved loyalty. My most recent experience ended that.
I called the Hilton Honors program as always for a last-minute business stay in Tucson, Arizona. A manager approved my rate, and took my credit card before I left the airport. When I asked, reasonably, if the same rate could be extended to a business colleague arriving that night, I was told they’d call me back.
Ten minutes later, they called to say the manager not only refused my colleague, but canceled my already-approved rate as well. That is completely unprofessional and not how Hilton Honors should operate or treat a loyal customer.
This is especially frustrating given my prior stays, which included nonworking electrical outlets, broken in-room phone, malfunctioning safe, and a leaking bathroom faucet, just to name a few, issues that maintenance couldn’t even fix. I was told by various employees that multiple rooms had similar or different problems and that moving to another room would possibly result in similar experience.
At nearly $187 per night plus paid parking, this hotel is not worth it. I stayed elsewhere that night and found far better hotels nearby with great rooms, excellent customer service, friendly and caring staff, free parking, nice conference room for my business meetings and activities, easier access, pool, better service, and included breakfast.
If you value your stay at a hotel in Tucson East with consistency, maintenance, and basic customer-centered respect, stay somewhere else. I personally have taken my business to somewhere much better now and in my future business trips to Tucson.

We stayed at the Hilton Tucson East for one night, on the 7th floor. We like Hilton Hotels - they're in great locations, clean and offer a good value proposition.
Hilton Tucson East broke our set expectations with a bed that could hardly be slept on. The mattress was so worn and used that we sank into the middle of it, and it failed to provide adequate back support. I woke up sore and in pain. Our bathroom felt small, and several handles in the shower were loose.

All employees I encountered were amazing. The issues I have are related directly with the maintenance of the property and the restaurant.
I checked in and went to my room, I brushed my teeth and the sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain, I reported it and they scheduled maintenance to come in the morning to fix it. I showered in the morning and by the time I was done there was 3 inches of water in the tub as it also wasn't draining I reported this and they offered me a different room on a different floor.
New room, the handles on the bathroom sink leak water all over the counter when used and the shower drain gurgles randomly all night long. So disappointed, I reported this and no solution was offered. The button panel on the elevator is barely hanging on the wall as well. Holes in the back of the bathroom door as well.
As far as the restaurant goes, they charge 21 dollars for the equivalent breakfast that you get at any other hotel for free. Powdered eggs, home fry potatoes and bacon or sausage. There is all the other usual, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit. So not worth the price and actually an insult to be expected to pay for it.
I had dinner in the restaurant for dinner and ordered the Shepard's Pie at the suggestion of the wait staff. I will say it tasted amazing but... It was like 10% meat and veggies and 90% mashed potatoes. That ratio is way off and not worth 10 dollars let alone the 25 they charged for it.
Will choose to stay somewhere else in the future and will not eat in the restaurant again.
