Visited Tucson and stayed here during the visit. I found them on Groupon. Great value for the stay. They do charge a $75 per day hold fee for incidentals which of course is refunded after check out given there is no damages to your room.
They have a restaurant and bar on site, pool, hot tub and gym. The restaurant/ bar, pool and hot tub are all open until 10PM. Everything is centrally located off the 2nd floor with the pool and hot tub being outdoor.
As far as the location, you are close to a ton of things and most notably across the street from Black Rock Coffee so if you are a coffee/ energy drinker stop in and see them.

Horrible experience
Staff was not friendly, loud ( laughing early in the morning), room service did not clean room at all the carpet was not vacuumed, the bathroom was not mopped, and the towels would never change even though they were dirty. Bathroom supplies were never replaced, toilet had mold outside. Water fell from the shower and the water stains remained for our entire stay. They overcharged us significantly and claimed we smoked when we did NOT smoke. Overall an unpleasant stay and charging us for something we did not do. Starbucks also never has a barista its false advertising.

We were visiting saguaro national Park and this is only about 12 minutes from the entrance, so great location. The price was also amazing.
The entrance is stunning And visually impressive. The staff was very busy but still took the time to greet me and help me. They were very kind.
They had a very nice pool, restaurant, and gym on the second floor.
The rooms were slightly outdated, but still very well kept and clean with great views of the surrounding mountains from the windows.
Really my only complaint is there was no microwave or mini fridge in the rooms. Also, not having a breakfast was a let down.

So my first impression was mildly decent, desk agent was very nice during check in. I made it to my room with the door propped open and when I opened the door was hit with the most offensive odor ever, which I later figured out was a big water leak they were attempting to fix. Eventually got moved, second room wasn’t too much better but I just wanted sleep.
This hotel doesn’t keep anything clean and it’s pretty clear they aren’t planning on changing that soon. Even the A/C blew more air without the filters, than with. Only shampoo and conditioner, they skimped on body wash which every Hilton has.
There’s plenty more options in Tucson, so skip this hotel.

I have mix reviews on my stay here. The front desk peeps are very friendly. The room are so-so, they could use upgrades. The TV is small, the bathroom is tight space. My biggest gripe is the breakfest. They charge $20.99 for a breakfest buffet that is not even hot at all. Everything was cold, eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc etc were cold. They have no business charging that amount when they actually served breakfast that normally are free at other hotels. That is my 2 cents with this place.
