  Nicely kept hotel. The staff were very friendly at check in. The walls are kind of thin and I could hear my neighbors. The breakfast was just ok. It made me wonder if whoever creates the menu actually tastes the food. The Egg White Frittata was bland and the turkey sausage was dry and tasteless. The breakfast coffee was good.

  Usually stay here when I come back to down. Easy to get to, clean comfy rooms, and good for visiting family who are scattered about Tucson, and a good price. I also like that it's a parking garage no one can get into outside of customers. Not a bad choice!

  Stayed here six nights and they only cleaned my room once. There were supposed to do every other day but did not. I had to call them to even do it the once.

  I stayed at this hotel for three nights and would rate it 3.5 stars overall, based on the following: • Location – ★★★★★ The location is excellent if you're visiting the downtown area. It’s within walking distance of the convention center, clubs, many restaurants, and other major attractions. • Room – ★★★☆☆ The room itself was clean and bright. However, a few issues affected my stay. The Wi-Fi was down for two of my three nights. The staff mentioned it was due to nearby construction, so it may not have been the hotel’s fault, but it was still inconvenient. There was no shampoo in the bathroom on the first night, which I only noticed during my shower—very frustrating. The hair dryer didn’t work either, leaving me unable to properly dry my hair. The shower water pressure was quite weak, possibly because I was on the 6th floor. Additionally, the sink drained very slowly, so I had to wait for the water to go down before continuing to wash my hands or face. • Front Desk Service – ★★★★☆ The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They addressed my concerns about the shampoo and hair dryer promptly, which I appreciated.
