  We didnt get in until after midnight and were tired! The bed was VERY comfortable! The rooms are a little older but clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

  I normally don't write reviews but my last 2 stays haven't been up to par. I have stayed at this location many times in the last few years and have always enjoyed my stay here. The employees have always been very helpful and friendly and the rooms are usually immaculate . For almost $200 per night I was expecting the room to be as it usually was. But my room on the 4th floor this weekend was disgusting. Thankfully my mom and dad who got a room on the first floor had a very clean room. My room smelled like dirty diapers, my floor looked un vacuumed and my shower door had a thick film all across the door and I was shocked at the lack of professional cleaning. At the price I pay it was far beneath Hilton Standards. Then going into the hallways and sadly found them in disare. I had myself why the sudden change? Has management changed or what could it be? One last thing , if your going to have housekeepers knocking on the doors waking people up before checkout make sure they can communicate in English so I can understand them This is a Hilton property NOT a Motel 6.

  I stayed here just before an early morning flight. The staff packed a breakfast for me, provided a wake-up call and prompt shuttle service. Wonderful stay!

  I was visiting Tucson for one of the Gem and Mineral shows. What was supposed to be a day trip to Tucson and back home turned into me getting sick and needing a hotel room for the night. We eventually settled on the Hampton Inn due to it's location. The lobby was incredibly clean and inviting. Check in was a breeze with online check-in as well as getting extra room keys. I had an issue with my original room and Debbie at the front desk helped me change rooms with zero fuss and all apologies for the first room not being perfect. Also the free bottles of water and coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. Second room was spotless, and perfect for my recovery. They have a well stocked pantry with snacks, sodas, beer and wine. The breakfast offered had a nice variety of the usuals; pastries, yogurts, cereal, eggs, sausage, and make your own waffles in 2 different flavors. They had juices and milk as well as the ever present coffee station. I had the egg white fritata, sausage and 2 pastries and all were delicious. There was plenty of parking and the hotel felt very safe.

  This hotel deserves 10 stars. The rooms are VERY spacious. Its only 10 minute walk from the Tucson Airport The staff is INCREDIBLY kind. I called twice before arrival and spoke with Kayleigh and she was also the person who checked me in. If all hotels had someone like her, they would be incredibly lucky. She was so kind, attentive, took care of any requests and everything with a gentle and professional manner. The breakfast was good. The room was VERY clean. For the Gem Show, they even offered complementary rides to 3 of the top shows and pick up from there as well. I couldn't have been happier with this hotel and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone! Very comfortable stay!
