The showerhead was disgusting, the trim around the bars was detached, the drain in the sink didn’t work, there was no power beside the bed, the electric curtains button fell off the wall, and the rusty toilet bolts (they make caps for these). I wasn’t really bothered by any of this, but I did speak to the front desk to let them know the state of their room was poor. One other thing… I booked the room 30 minutes before arriving and the room I selected on the Hilton app was not available upon arriving… advertising unavailable rooms is just annoying… I personally would not stay here again

The shower head was broken and sprayed in an unpleasant way, and the air conditioner did not cool the room properly. Additionally, the cleaning staff began moving furniture, vacuuming, and making excessive noise early in the day. Since we arrived late the night before, we were hoping to sleep in while on vacation, and the disturbance was very disappointing. On the positive note the breakfast options were good. Thank you 😊
