A lovely lady Vanessa came over to assist me and offered her help. She left to go to her office 10 min later she was able to get the medallion inserted and put back together. My grandma was so happy and relieved to have her medallion back. Vanessa is such a wonderful staff member, so lucky to have her assist us. Highly recommend Vanessa . Thankyou for a wonderful stay. We did nned a few towels though, we saw a young lady in the hall & she gladly helped us out ! She told us her name was Vanessa & said she was the house keeping manager,her taking the time to help in such a calm & respectful way made our stay really wonderful ! Great place in general HIGHLY recommend !
