- JJJayDec 18, 20255.0handle on the toilet was missing when we walked into the room but kayleigh (sorry if I misspelled it) helped us switch to a new room right away and just down the hall so it wasn’t a hassle moving our stuff. guest laundry was also very convenient and the rooms were overall nice and clean. i’m not a big breakfast eater but my parents really enjoyed it especially the waffle makers. we probably won’t be back any time soon but if we are we’d gladly stay here again. one of the best stops we had along our cross country road trip

- JWJason WalkerNov 24, 20251.0We checked into room 206 around 8pm had a little dinner and tried to go to bed after a very long drive.....unfortunately we had a very long night with very little sleep due to a loud humming or drilling sound that that went off every couple minutes that lasted exactly 15 seconds then proceeded to do that all night. We just assumed at some point it would stop. I went down to the front desk in the morning to inform the manager on duty with our experience. He was not available but the front desk associate informed me they never put people in that room because the hotel water heater is right above that room. I asked if y'all are aware of that why was I not informed when I checked in? We should have been given the option to except it or go to another hotel if they had no other rooms available. I was asked to email the manager which I did but Anthony has not responded. Poor service and communication I'm disappointed as a Hilton Rewards member. The location was good and everything clean they should have been upfront regarding the room location and the hotel water heater noise.

A lovely lady Vanessa came over to assist me and offered her help. She left to go to her office 10 min later she was able to get the medallion inserted and put back together. My grandma was so happy and relieved to have her medallion back. Vanessa is such a wonderful staff member, so lucky to have her assist us. Highly recommend Vanessa . Thankyou for a wonderful stay.
