So, dont use the stairs here. The key cards dont work on any level. We tried to avoid a long line st the elevator and walk up to the 9th floor. We couldn't get out of the stairwell on any of the 15 levels. We tried multiple times to call the front desk and the Moonstone but nobody answered. Thankfully, another guest opened the door after hearing us knocking.

We had a great stay! The staff was friendly and very helpful, and the rooftop bar was absolutely wonderful with great views and atmosphere. My only complaint is that the showerhead was leaking, and the shower has a long metal drain directly underneath it, so even with the bathroom door closed I could hear the water dripping all night. Other than that, everything else was perfect and I would definitely stay here again.
