Called reservations ahead of time to book a room for my moms birthday, the lady over the phone said they had Mountain View rooms available on the top floor and it would be an up charge so I paid it. We get there, no Mountain View rooms available and still had to pay an up charge for a basic room on the bottom floor. When I called back to complain, a supervisor said he would review and fix everything for me then never called me back so when I called back AGAIN reservations said they reviewed the call and found no record of that conversation and then said it was a city view room so the price would have been the same regardless. That’s not the point, I wish I would have recorded the call, I MADE THE RESERVATION BECAUSE THE LADY TOLD ME WE WOULD HAVE A MOUNTAIN VIEW ROOM ON THE TOP FLOOR AND WE DID NOT GET THAT FOR MY MOMS SPECIAL BIRTHDAY. No one even tried to make accommodations for us, the least I expected would be some kind of refund or credit. Very disappointed and dissatisfied for a HILTON HONORS MEMBER. Paying for parking is also ridiculous - no other hotel in the area does this.

The front desk staff was fantastic! Evening reception and morning breakfast were ok. I could find any one to make a omelet so I had warm scrambled eggs and warm potatoes

The hotel room was fine, but complicated. I've never seen so many light switches in a room. The location in the city is good, but actually getting from the road to the hotel is a mess. Breakfast was one of the worst hotel breakfasts I've ever had. The prepared food was cold and the made to order omelets were made wrong. Parking was somehow managed by a 3rd party, and they flagged our vehicle as being parked without registering. We did register our vehicle at the front desk when we checked in. When leaving I talked to the front desk about the parking issue and they said it's not their problem and that it happens all the time. I asked to speak with a manager but was told that was not going to happen. I've got better things to do than deal with people who don't care, so I left and will never be going back.
