The worse part of the stay ( other than parking) was the over crowded room.
Way too much furniture for the room space. Beds were a little too firm for my taste and the layout was just weird.
The staff was great, the restaurant was nice and the food and drinks were good at both dinner and breakfast.
The amenities such as the pool are very nice here.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.
We are traveling with small children and it was very important to us that we found a hotel that served an early breakfast in the morning. This was a deciding factor on where we stayed. We called the front desk of the hotel to verify what time breakfast started and I was told that breakfast started at 6am, so we booked the room because that was a perfect time with our busy schedule the following day. Upon checking in we were told that they changed their breakfast time to 7:30 that morning. The excuse for last minute change is that the next morning was the day after New Years Day. You can’t make this up. They falsely advertised a service, they confirmed the service and terms over the phone, then changed the terms two hours after I booked the room. So I was left with an overpriced room and I still had to buy my family breakfast the next morning. Things only got more bizarre from there. The advertising also stated that the kitchen was open until 10, but it closed at 9:30. More inconsistencies. We called the front desk for an extra blanket for my daughter and they never showed up. We had to call on our cellphones because the room phone didn’t work. No coffee available in the morning. I guess it was still brewing at 7am. Lastly, the place had strong nasty smell of sewage. This felt far from “luxury”.
Overall it was a very poor customer experience. Poor value for the money. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Location was very convenient for our needs. The hotel was cosmetically updated nicely. Staff was accommodating, especially kitchen staff and bar staff. However, our room was not…first full day at location (December 13) our room was not made up, we notified front desk and upon returning before dinner, still not made up. And room ac/heat makes a very loud whine. Could be heard in living room too. Can’t believe no one had complained before us. Again notified front desk and assured maintenance would check. No info back. Two issues that were disappointing for an Embassy Suites

Staff was excellent. Room was facing road noise from it was like being in it. So sleep was hard. If noise is a problem get a room inside not facing out and book direct.
