TheEmbassy Suites delivered a standout experience overall. The spacious rooms, impressive amenities, and genuinely warm hospitality made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast service, in particular, was exceptional—easily the best I’ve encountered anywhere in the U.S.—and the staff consistently went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.
However, the one area that consistently fell short was housekeeping. Over the course of a month-long stay, my room was never properly cleaned, even on days designated for thorough service. It was a noticeable gap in an otherwise well-managed property.
Despite that, the overall quality and comfort of the hotel make it a place I’d gladly return to. With improved consistency in housekeeping, it would be hard to beat. rooms location

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Tucson. The gentleman at the front desk provided stellar service. The room was clean. The whole hotel was nice. The only negative was the bartender at bar. She was snarky and standoffish. It was like she was playing a game nobody but her knew the rules to. I will stay here on my next trip to Tucson.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Hotel is old, run down and not maintained. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, sheets were dirty, AC made loud noises all night and tv remotes didn't work. Management didn't seem to care when these issues were reported upon check in.
