Came here for 5 nights with my wife. We both agreed that the property is so beautiful to look at. We never been to a Embassy Suites witu a outside setup. So we were immediately happy. Check in was smooth and our requests for extra bedding and towels were met.
In our room, at first sight, we loved it. However, there were issues. Our bedroom door never stayed open and we reported it on the 25th hoping it would be fixed on the 26th, but no one came. Our remote control did not fully work for the bedroom either and that was reported at that same time as the other issue and it was not ever fixed. Our balcony door did not lock as we found out. That's why they had a makeshift stick placed to hold the door close.
Our bed was comforting and the shower water pressure was nice.
On our 3rd day there, they ran out of body wash to fill the containers with, so they provided is with mini bottles of body wash. My nephew had to use the bathroom after spending time in the pool. Unfortunately, the bathroom located in the pool area was locked. We had to go to the restaurant area each time he needed to go. That was an issue. They also ran out of pool towels and we had to use bathroom towels when my niece and nephew came out of the pool.
The restaurant had a really great breakfast. We enjoyed it daily. However, on the 24th, there was a cook at the omelet station that had a very nasty demeanor and he just gave a very, very terrible experience. I am glad that they decided to not have him back that week while we were still there. He would have messed up our Christmas vacation first thing each and every morning.
We enjoyed our Happy Hour because of the amazing bartenders that we were able to speak with. Their conversation was so nice. They really made that time pleasant.
All front office staff, day and night, were friendly and attentive.. minus that 25th person that we reported issues to and she promised that someone would look into it and no one ever came. She did tell us that only 1 person was on stag for Christmas to handle the issues.. but we really thought someone would come the 26th.
I was a little dismayed that we had to ask for our room to be fully cleaned on the 3rd day even though the hotel specifically says it will be done.
Checkout was smoothand we appreciated the late check out request being honored.

It's dated. The bedroom has the TV mounted to the wall and the wires are fed into a hole cut into the wall and the outlet where the TV plugs into is covered by a facade. This makes the outlet inaccessible to something else like my laptop to plug into so hooking up my hdmi to the TV means I'm running a plug for my laptop charging from a nightstand to my laptop and an hdmi from the laptop strung across to the TV so just imagine cords cutting off the room and dangling. Why not just stream on the TV or wireless connect, I said it was dated. No smart TV. The room also has an awkward odor, stale and musty. The room door doesn't shut on its own so if I forget to pull it shut anyone can come on in. There's not much place for storing clothing, no drawers in the bathroom so just cover the sink countertop with all your stuff. It's clean, shower is nice sized and the beds are comfortable.

I recently stayed in room 411 and the air vents were infested with mold. I made the staff aware of the problem then I was relocated into room 211 which still had mold in the air vents. I became very sick from mold exposure and I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

My pillow had blood on it since the first day they told me they would change the sheets on the third day of my stay and so I left the pillow to the side to see if this was true, they in fact did NOT change the pillow and also they took the towels I had hung up which means to not take the towel yet they took 2 towels and left only 1 towel for me and my friend which when we called the front desk for more towels and toilet paper that again they did not replace after the third day, 3 days with 1 roll, the front desk manager of the hotel was sarcastic and condescending they sent housekeeping to the room and they guy Meseek didn't even knock directly opened the door while I was in bed terrible experience I felt my privacy invaded and felt ridiculed and mistreated by the hotel Embassy suites
