It wasn't horrible...but probably lying needs a little more TLC than it gets for its age. My room wasn't dirty...just sort of old. The light over the vanity kept blinking and my room smelled like old grease from the restaurant ventsta k just outside the room. I was glad I had a travel candle with me. Skip the room service....it's not bad, but it's standard restaurant bar style food

Great location and great service! The suites are very spacious. Very clean pool! The only thing I didn't like was the vanity was outside of the bathroom in the bedroom. So, if someone wanted to sleep in while someone was getting ready, there would be a bright light on while they try to sleep.

This hotel was a complete disappointment. The room AC was unbearably loud, and the entire room reeked of old oil from the restaurant’s chimney. The “complimentary” breakfast was extremely limited and of very poor quality. To make matters worse, my credit card was overcharged at checkout and the invoice was incorrect, it took me two weeks to get things resolved over email afterwards. My experience was not an isolated case - my colleagues I was traveling with had similar issues. Having “by Hilton” in their name is completely misleading - nothing about this place meets Hilton standards.
