I'm so hot in my room I can't sleep, they better honor my cancellation for my second night. It's South Tucson not a safe area, this place is very old and has a motel feel. I can't believe they charge over a 100 per night, outrageous. Do not advertise that you have AC when you don't! A fan doesn't do anything.

- HHHeather HouptDec 27, 20251.0The AC was not working, we found a hidden night vision camera, and there were bodily fluids all over one of the beds. We talked to the front desk to tell them the issues and their response was thank you and we will send someone. We ended up just checking out as no one wanted to stay. I would not recommend staying here!
