Not bad, but rooms are pretty old and smell that way. But it's clean and well kept.

I’m 1000+ miles from home and discovered I misplaced a charger somewhere between Tucson and my first two flights. I stopped by from across the street at the Four Points to see if the Double Tree sold phone cables - they do, but unfortunately they were out of the specific one for my phone. Jose went above and beyond, searching high and low for back stock but eventually returned with their personal cable for me. Without Jose I’d be marooned (or have had to run 3/4 of a mile to the nearest gas station).
I didn’t catch the names of the other two people at the counter but they both helped as well, both looking for cables and checking their own chargers against my phone.

Front desk was very unhelpful, he made sure to give me room so far so I can walk 15 minutes to the room and knowing I am a handicap. Never again this hotel. Although I am a big fan of double Tree hotel, and every time I am traveling I use it.

The Wifi signal was not strong enough to connect to my devices, which makes working complicated. The breakfast buffet was half empty by 8am. There was no yogurt, fruit or coffee. The proximity to airport is the only thing going for this place. DoubleTree hotels are usually nice, this is below their typical standards.
