This is a potentially long review. I travel quite a bit 8 - 10 times a year. Mostly business. It would seem that this level of hotel ( what used to be a great middle road business class hotel) have become the hotels that Hilton or Marriott have forgot. There was a time that I loved the Hampton, Double Tree, Garden inn hotels. Decent price great quality and value. Over the last several years and specifically location close to airports have taken a huge dive. As for this property: The good. There is a pool, the inner court yard was clean. There was one employee that was very nice walking around between the front desk and the restaurant. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were nice full size That smiled and greeted us. The not so good: The front desk people were terrible, they apparently didn’t want to be there. There were two people at the front desk and there was a line. The guy helping us, moved like molasses. There were about six people in line looking to check in. There was another person at the front desk that stood the over a computer and didn’t say a damn thing to anyone. The food at Flanagans was basic bar food but really good. The drink selection was minimal but great pours. The rooms: dated and not in a good way. Old carpet, stained and dirty. The wallpaper ( yep and popcorn ceilings) was peeling. As well, the furniture was dinged, scratched etc. The floor was sticky, and when I say sticky I mean very. My shoe print came off on the tile on both the kitchenette and the bathroom. To their credit, I called the front desk, they came a mopped, however, once dry it was sticky again. The restaurant (Flanagan’s) the service. The Bar tender, while nice, lacked personality. Didn’t seem to want to be there and kind of seemed bothered we were there. When we got to the restaurant there were several people in the dining room and it was busy. The bar tender was the only person tending the bar and waiting tables. So He may have just been overwhelmed. Over all I would stay here again. The rooms need to be updated. The staff needs to be trained and or better supported or replaced. It’s a simple thing to smile and be welcoming. In my book that goes a long way even if understaffed. The property seems to lack care and absence of quality.

This hotel needs a lot of work. We settled on our 3rd attempt, only because the other hotels were booked by the time we arrived. Room one, dirty and dingy the towels, floors and couch. Room 2 didn’t have working air conditioning and also had towels that were discolored and the room itself smelled terrible. Room 3, ac kind of worked, the towels and sheets were actually cleanish and about half of the lights didn’t work. The entire hotel seems outdated and neglected. The staff is kind but obviously annoyed with our request for a clean room. This property has lived its best life probably decades ago and needs to be completely replaced.

OK, this was a bizarre experience. The people were profoundly nice. The location is ridiculously perfect. The price was unusually cheap. But then there is the condition of different things. The place just needs to be completely shut down taken over rebuilt and reopened. But then I can imagine it’d be at least $50-$100 a night more. But a lot of people in our party of six had things in their rooms that did not work. One room was not cleaned. Another room did not have working HVAC. But it is a very efficient location to the airport.

Not my usual experience with a Hilton brand hotel. The lady at the desk when we arrived was friendly and accommodating. I was a little surprised by the room. The furniture was outdated and dirty as you can see from the pictures. The carpet was filthy along with the shower head. Didn't like the layout of the room with the sink in the bedroom and the bathroom was so small you could barely walk in and have enough room to shut the door. You can't control the AC/heat. You can only turn on the fan and it had an issue with the motor - it was do loud it took me forever to fall asleep. Just not up to usual Hilton standards

I am a Hilton Honors member and stayed at this location on 18 February 2026 (room 175). I will say 'up front' it was very disappointing. The room was very dated and in need of numerous repairs. The toilet seat was so loose that we feared it was going to separate every time we had to use it. The bathroom can also use a remodeling. Whether by design or fault, the heater didn't work. To their defense we didn't notify the front desk because we checked in after midnight. Also they only had one ice machine in the entirte complex. As stated before, very disappointing.
