Service was great and room big. Emplacement perfect (can't be closer to airport), but the furnitures were so old and had so many stains on them I didn't want to seat on it :(

Riana at the DoubleTree Hilton Airport truly deserves special recognition. From the moment I interacted with her, she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Her compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness stood out in every way.
Riana didn’t just provide great service — she made me feel valued and heard, which is rare and incredibly meaningful. Her positive attitude and willingness to help turned my experience into an exceptional one. Employees like her are the reason guests return.
Thank you, Riana, for your outstanding service and for representing the DoubleTree Hilton so beautifully!

Don't stay here! You can't adjust the air even the range they "give" you it doesn't work! I'm so hot in my room I can't sleep, they better honor my cancellation for my second night. It's South Tucson not a safe area, this place is very old and has a motel feel. I can't believe they charge over a 100 per night, outrageous. Do not advertise that you have AC when you don't! A fan doesn't do anything.

Rooms in need of a update. Size of room was great, but furniture old and worn, and tv barely worked. Bed comforter had no less than 4 blood stains on it. Pull out bed looked to have mold on outside of mattress. Room 205 if needed.

The AC was not working, we found a hidden night vision camera, and there were bodily fluids all over one of the beds. We talked to the front desk to tell them the issues and their response was thank you and we will send someone. We ended up just checking out as no one wanted to stay. I would not recommend staying here!
