The best experience was with Jonathon the Valet guy. He was exceptionally kind to help me with valet of my new car. The room was quiet but had too many led lights and a smoke detector flashing above the bed.

ADA room smelled like wet dog. I am a Diamond Member and I was told they were out of complimentary water, and I could "buy" one for $8. I understand nickle & diming people is the new 'in' thing. But really? Water? Unacceptable especially with a convention going on.

I don’t take the time to write a lot of reviews, but Albert at the front desk was so awesome I just had to! I got last-minute tickets for a music event nearby and was having lunch ahead of time in the bar at the hotel when I found out that I couldn’t get E tickets to enter the event because i ordered them too late and was supposed to print them out at home ahead of time. I was a little panicked about it as the event was in less than an hour so I went to the front desk to ask for help, and Albert could not have been nicer! He had me email the tickets to the hotel and then waited with me for the email to show up, printed them out and handed them to me with a great big smile. I was able to relax and enjoy the rest my lunch and then get into the concert with no problems. That’s what I call customer service and I truly appreciated it!!

I had an average experience at this hotel for my first time, checking in was easy, parking was a little messy, a very small parking lot not a lot of space for larger vehicles which was inconvenient. The location is seated in a beautiful little area near a church but close to down town so a lot of homeless people around. Then our room was beautiful, besides the fact that our room did not have hot water. I contacted front desk at night after a night using the phone in the room an on the messages as well. The guy at the front desk said I’d get a coupon off my stay which was never offered at checkout as they claimed I didn’t call. After this whole debacle I was finally offered a free night. Other than that inconvenience it was a good stay.
