So friendly and willing to help out with all of my needs and requests. The housekeeping staff was so kind. Beautiful rooms with kitchens and a 24/7 gym. The pool was great and had a spa! They welcomed my dog and had a little doggie bag stand outside for him. They have an adorable quaint store as well with food and drinks. Despite 1 front desk agent making me feel like a burden but the rest were so great that it didn’t even matter at the end of the day. Very safe and secure also. I will definitely be going back.

(We are driving almost 309 miles away)The hospital where hubby is having surgery made this reservation for us. We called at 8am, was told the manager would call us back as she wasn’t in. Called again at 1pm she is now in a meeting. 2 hours later we are still in limbo. How hard can it be to ok an early check in?!?
