  Tiene excelente ubicación., el desayuno es bueno y bastó pero nos tocó una habitación muy vieja donde la puerta del baño estaba parchada porque tenía un hoyo, había pelos en el la caja de kleenex, y solo había 2 toallas , me salió muy caro el hotel casi 4 mil pesos una noche

  We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting relatives, and the room was good and the bed and pillows was really comfy. On arrival, the receptionist guy was really helpful, and looked at upgrading us, but couldn't quite do it. Not unless we changed rooms for the last night. I can't comment on the pool or outside area as the weather wasn't great at the time of our stay. Breakfast was the usual for american motels of this calibre, scrambled egg, sausage, potato, waffles, cereal, etc. The only downside if you stay around the back is the post office dept is behind and lots of clinking and clanking quite early in the morning. And the hot water ran out in the last morning, so couldn't have a shower, hence only scoring a 3 when all other parts are 4. Would I stay again? I always check prices first and then compare, and this was the best at the time. Good eateries and bars within a 2 mile vicinty.

  Not gonna lie. After reading some of the negative reviews, I was hesitant on coming here. But my company booked it and I am here for 4 nights. Best western must have made some changes because this place is great! My room is nice, big bed, clean, with a kitchenette. Bathroom is clean. The pool and cafe are right outside my room. My work crew is also staying here and since we work nights we were worried about day noise when we sleep. I slept like a baby. Everyone else must still be sleeping. My stay here has been great. There is a social hour at 6 every night with a complimentary beverage, complimentary breakfast in the morning. A barbaque area, little patios with tables and chairs. Nice weather Clean, quiet, can't ask for much more.

  I was upgraded rooms due to hot water issue. They took 0 accountability when I said water was useless, couldn't shower. TV stopped working the second I connected to their wifi. Jacuzzi was disgusting in the room with dirt and pebbles in it. The surrounding area was dirty with hairs and trash from people before us. Overall crap of a stay. They did nothing. Ignored my emails. I asked for refund. Nothing from them. Terrible customer service. Domt stay here

  We had stayed at this hotel last year and were looking to mimic the experience. Not the case, we checked out after 1 night. The room we had wasn’t near the experience we had last time. The Air ran all night and when I awoke it had damaged my lungs to the point of a rasp until we got into several hours of open air. Filters must have been really dirty and or mold in the vents. We don’t recommend this hotel any more.
