Family of 4 plus 1 dog driving through, we did not enjoy our stay. The property looks like an old.motel. you can hear everything from your room, people passing by talking. The AC kept turning on and off, Room was hot when it was off and freezing when on. The room was too small for us. The coffee maker was on the counter next to bathroom sink. The handle to the toilet felt like it was going to break everytime we used it. Breakfast area was small.and crowded with rude people. Social hour was described as free drink and light snacks. We got the Moscato sangria which was really good and only saw popcorn that wasn't enough for 1 person. Beds were comfy. Room was clean

The Staff, especially Patrick, was above and beyond amazing customer service! The rooms themselves were much to be desired. It was pretty noisy overall and a feeling of cheap regarding some parts of the room. Hot water for shower was intermittent and the spa jets were broken. But I liked the location and the amenities were cool! Free breakfast was overly crowded but the waffles were good. And the free drink for happy hour was pretty cool! It was quite the mixed bag, all in all! But the customer service was top notch!

Jen at Pavilion is an absolute superstar! From the moment we needed help, she went above and beyond with true All-Star customer service. She was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of without hesitation. It’s rare to find someone who puts that much heart into helping customers, and Jen truly stands out.
She 100% deserves a raise, and she is the main reason we will continue coming back again and again. Pavilion is lucky to have her—thank you, Jen, for making our experience exceptional!

Very gross dirty room, staff was nice but when asking for extra towels/supplies they bring the bare minimum, shower wouldn't drain right so taking a shower your feet are in gross dirty water, has a kitchenette but nothing to cook with, sofa bed didnt have proper bedding/ pillows, breakfast was lacking they wouldn't replenish the bacon/ sausage so mainly carbs for breakfast waffles, toast, potatoes (unseasoned) & cereal only raisins bran was filled.
Strange and different, but we liked it! It almost seemed more like a college campus area, including grilling areas. There were probably six or so buildings set up like a square with a restaurant and pool area in the center. The rooms seemed more like small apartments with a small kitchen area (wet bar and heating plate) and closet that had sliding glass doors (which, unfortunately, didn't slide well at all). There were the normal television, microwave and fridge as well as a sofa lounger and table/desk.
The breakfast buffet was served in PJ's restaurant. We were given tickets for this upon check-in, but never had to turn them in. This was definitely a highlight with hot food including sausage, eggs and potatoes. All of these were flavorful and good. Also available were muffens, various drinks, waffles and fruit.
The bathroom had a good exhaust fan which is always appreciated. There was a heat lamp, but that wasn't working.
This location is a little north of Tucson, but we were heading to Oracle, so a great place to stay. Would definitely stay again...
