- ESElise SoberFeb 22, 20264.0I liked the stone floors in our room and the bed was comfortable. Check in was easy and the front desk staff were nice. I would advise do not choose a room close to the side door on the first floor. It slams shut which is very loud even though we were down the hall. Breakfast was ok. Our room was not as clean as I would have liked with a dirty tissue under the stool for the chair that I found when I moved it and something sticky on the table next to the bed.

- RSRuth StromJan 29, 20264.0We were on a 10 day road trip and stayed at Best Western properties each night. We found this to be a good experience -clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and friendly. Our king room was spacious except for the bathroom vanity area but we made it work. The bed was clean comfortable. There was some noise from others guests, not much you can do about in considerate people who carryon in the hallway and let their door slam loudly. Breakfast area was nice and attendant friendly. The location is close to restaurants and was also convenient to our visit to Saguaro NP.

Cons: location- alot of traffic and train noise, very firm mattress - too firm for us, loud heater - we brought in blankets we had in our vehicle so we didn't have to turn the heater on, below average breakfast - no waffle maker, no yogurt flavor choices - had a large yogurt machine with vanilla only, no pastries.

Breakfast was bad even compared to poor standard Best Western breakfasts. No healthy items and mostly sweet pastry do not make palatable breakfast. Staff were very friendly. We had an issue at check-in with our room, and we promptly got a different room assignment. Overall - not a quality Best Western hotel.
