- SRsophia rose6 days ago1.0back in february, my cousin and i had booked this hotel for a weekend trip. we had to push back our check in date by one day due to unforeseen circumstances. we called the hotel the night before and they approved this, but when we showed up the next day, they stated that WE called to cancel our entire reservation (we didn’t) and that they had already given our room to other guests, leaving us stranded in a state we are not from. we attempted to contact the hotel for a refund for the canceled reservation (which again was NOT our choice) and the hotel manager did not respond to us.

The only 3 things that I want to comment on are the sink faucet being a little dirty, two white stains on the lounge chair/sofa thing by the door to the right of the bed (as an adult i already assume what it is, i just wish people would clean up after theyre done), and the bathroom being a very tight space. This was room 401. Other than that, very good one night stay. Would recommend this location over the others near the airport and highways.
