Highly recommend this hotel! Kind and knowledgeable staff. Andre at the front desk is amazing. The Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. It has a cool atmosphere, ample parking and we felt safe. Close to the airport, The Vib is the place to stay!

I just want to say a huge thank you to Ashley at the Best Western VIP in Tempe. She is absolutely amazing — truly the best. From the second I arrived, she was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for my stay.
Ashley’s level of service is next-level. She’s kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the guests. Any question I had, she handled right away with a great attitude. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it made my entire experience smoother and stress-free — especially since I’m here for a big race.
If every hotel had an Ashley, traveling would be a lot easier.
Thank you, Ashley — you’re a rockstar and a huge asset to this hotel.
Highly recommend staying here just based on the service alone.

If I could yell this from the roof without looking crazy I would. Ashley at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Her greeting, her presence and her whole vibe is so positive and uplifting. She gives great recommendations and help when I needed it. Her smile is infectious and that was evident by all the people who would come through smiling and saying hi to her as they passed. She is a beautiful soul and if I didn’t have a lot to do I would sit down there and hang out with her. That’s how much I just adore her!
Perfect downtown Tempe location. Very clean and attentive staff.
Until next time Ashely and VIB.

The air conditioning is motion/door activated. Unless you’re moving near the door or opening it, the A/C times out. It takes hours to cool down the room after returning. It is loud. 70db, “business office noise”. You should set a reoccurring alarm to open to door the to keep the A/C on.
My room was on the front of the hotel, next to the light rail and rail road tracks. Keep the loud A/C on to drown that that out.
Beyond that, the room was lightly cleaned, the hair conditioner was empty, the fitted sheet wasn’t on, and the provided clothes steamer (instead of iron and ironing board) was broken and just leaked everywhere. Pro tip: don’t use the bedside lights. You will never be able to turn them off.
Would recommend unpopular coworkers.

There is a good taco place and a nice bar on the lobby floor, a small pool area, and it is a very social place where the staff are nice and the guests have a good time. My elderly parents have stayed here for a couple of weeks and they felt safe and cared for. The rooms are really nice; small but have most necessities. Note: no microwave and the fridge is extremely small. The beds and pillows are super comfy and the bathroom is pretty spacious.
