We stayed at this location a couple of times recently and the one thing that was horrible is trying to get a good night's sleep. Their windows must be so thin, because we could hear the traffic and woke up several times during the night.

We had a two queen plus sofa bed room for five and it was spacious and affordably priced. Some carpet stains and a funky smell detracted a bit. Pool was heated nicely for our visit in December. Breakfast was normal holiday inn express fare (hot and cold, something for everyone) and they opened an extra seating area so always a place to sit. Elevators are slow and one broke down during our stay.

after a hotel malfunction at another nearby Holiday inn express, this location came to the rescue! clean and spacious rooms and most importantly a very welcoming and helpful front desk . If I recall her name correctly, Angelica (or Angelina . sorry for my foggy brain!) was so helpful! she answered all of my questions and was very accommodating. this is an example of wonderful customer service, which can sometimes be lacking at other businesses. thank you!

I had went there with my family. Two males, two females including myself. Things were fishy TO SAY THE least. I found this hotel after years of remembering this. Please this is a true story. We were in town, one day I got locked out of the room, my family werent on the way back from getting my sister. Im sitting in the lobby by myself, and there was no staff in the lobby when this occurred. I was sitting in the lobby back to the wall to the right when you first walk into the waiting section. Less then 3 minutes go by, then 5 hispanic people come and fill the waiting room. (I was 18, and im hispanic and black, and was aggravated, which may of saved my life) There were 5 chairs, 6 including the one I was at against the wall. This hispanic woman with short black hair walked up to me and bent over my chair( over my head) I stood up abruptly because she went to reach for something( behind me, could be me) I didnt wait. I moved to the two seater chair directly infront of the lobby doors. Still no staff. I called my dad because I was pissed already and no i was on alert. But I didnt know what from. After I hung up I dropped my (iPhone cheap shit) on the floor. And it broke. So i had to keep a look out for them through the doors. Nothing but silence in the lobby. About 3 more minutes go by and they pull up and GOT out of there. When I got in the vehicle and started to move. The bigger latino men was standing up watching the car leave. And something in my gut knew I wasnt safe. This is next to Arizona Mills mall known for its trafficking zone. Which I went to the mall the days prior. I tell this for anyone young female or men who knows the area, or dont and please be safe.
