Don’t stay anywhere else but here. This place is fantastic, and the breakfast is excellent. On the night of check-out, I didn’t even look for another hotel — I extended my stay and kept the same room. Lena and Jose are awesome.

Very good for the price: big, clean rooms and pleasant service. 15 min drive to the airport. Breakfast was decent.

The staff was friendly enough and the room was clean. Unfortunately there was some kind of major issue with the toilet during our stay. Anytime it was flushed, a strong smell of sewage would fill the bathroom. This occurred even when the toilet was flushed without having been used first (yes, I checked). Each flush made the smell worse.

I spent most of this past week (12/16-12/19) at this Hampton Inn during my Phoenix vacation & I have to say that it was an absolutely wonderful stay especially when it came to the service. Lena one of the managers made sure that I was checked in, the digital key worked & that the room was ready when I arrived. She also checked in with me throughout my stay to see if I needed anything which I appreciated. The room was in good condition with a large shower, a good sized fridge & a very comfy bed. The only bad thing that happened during my stay was that on the last day of it, the TV lost satellite service which is a minor thing. The breakfast was excellent along with the gym. Then when it comes to location, this hotel is perfectly located as there are a few bus routes that give you access to the Tempe (especially the area around ASU) & Scottsdale areas along with plenty of restaurants & grocery stores nearby & easy access to the 202 freeway (if you are driving) which takes you into Phoenix & Sky Harbor Airport. Overall I would stay at this hotel again next time I am in Phoenix & recommend it to others.

Bad representation for Hilton. The chair in our room for 170 usd is simply not acceptable. Power outlet didn’t work. And when front desk texted me how my stay is going y response was 2 out of 5. They said they’d call me and never did. On the positive side: front desk was helpful when requesting support and exchanged the horrible chair for a slightly better one. They mentioned that major remodeling is due in summer 2026. Until then: don’t stay at this hotel. It’s not a good representation of the Hilton brand.
