- MDMichelle DukeOct 28, 20254.0Nice stay. Breakfast is always great. We have the hilton honors app. Digital key stopped working about 930pm when we were about to use the pool. (Pool and hot tub are outdoors). So we were locked out of pool and hotel and it was also little chilly out standing there in our bathing suits and we had to walk around the whole building just to get a physical key. Once we finally got into the 'hot tub', it was freezing. We let the jets run for a bit and it never got warm. Lukewarm tub. So that was disappointing and unenjoyable. Location was great. College town area outside of Phoenix.
