    Good morning. Just so you are aware. We are currently staying at the Hampton Inn at 1415 N. Scottsdale Rd. When we arrived we attempted to use self check-in with a digital key. I was notified through the app that our room was ready and I could use digital key for access. Digital key would not work. I walked down to front desk and staff member said, "yeah, the digital key system is probably not working...I will just make you physical keys." When we walked into room 226 it immediately noticed that It smelled musty. We turned on the air conditioner it was covered in what looks like calcium deposits and it was extremely noisy all night. The bathroom would make anyone's skin crawl. The walls are rotted and cracked. The metal handle in the shower has rust leaking into the tub. The traffic outside is loud all night. This has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

    Less than 10mn from/to the airport. Right next to the freeway to downtown Phoenix. Good location if downtown Phoenix is too expensive. 5mn away from Arizona State University.

    I loved the hotel from the location being so convenient and close to airport, the front desk staff when I checked in which was like 12:30 at night to no one disturbing me

    One of the worst experiences with Hilton. The room had several things broken like the iron and ironing board. The heating unit was creaky and noisy. Check in was not friendly at all The only good thing was the manager (Lena) who we met during check out. Lena was considerate and understood the seriousness of the situation
