I interacted with each of these employees and every one was exceptional. The breakfast offerings were yummy and the environment was neat and clean, but for me, the welcoming nature and relaxed atmosphere was what impressed me most. The front desk is responsive, housekeeping has the rooms spotless, and the location is very accessible. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable and quiet hotel with an attentive and professional staff, then this Holiday Inn Express is the best choice.

Very respectful and responsive! He is very detailed oriented and organized! Made feel relaxed and at home! The lobby is very updated, clean and well organized. Plenty of snacks for the on the go for sale. I like the fact there is an ice machine on every floor.

- GTGreg TDec 5, 20252.0The hotel was clean, updated, and overall very nice. The breakfast especially stood out—far better than most places we’ve stayed. There was a large selection of food, everything was well-organized, and the area was kept spotless each morning. The pool and hot tub were also clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. Two issues, however, prevented this from being a five-star review. First, during our stay, we left the room at 8 AM and didn’t return until around 9 PM, only to find that housekeeping had never come. The bed wasn’t made, and we had no fresh towels, which was disappointing after a long day. The biggest frustration was the unexpected $75-per-night “security deposit.” When we arrived, we were told our four-night stay would incur a $300 hold on our credit card, which would take 5–7 days to refund after checkout. This was never disclosed in advance and left a very negative impression. We have family who recently moved to the area and will be visiting often, but unfortunately, because of this deposit policy, we would not stay at this hotel again.
