- DAD A3 days ago1.0They did not provide any room service for the entire multiple day stay. They double charged me for a room. When confronted,they acknowledged they made a mistake but wouldn’t give me money back. Also, corporate cannot help you because each individual hotel must be the one to fix the issue. Finally talked to the manager, he told me to use my credit card charge back feature and he wouldn’t dispute the charge. That didn’t happen either. So overall, no room service and incompetence all around from all levels of the IHG organization . Finally, the manager, Reuben Ramirez, is untruthful and the situation still is not resolved. Avoid this place…

We tried to cancel through Bookings but was told we had to cancel through the hotel. We called the hotel and the girl that answered said she would call her manager and cancel. She never called us back. We never got to the hotel to even sign and register. However, we were charged $630. Neither Bookings or the hotel would refund our &630. I am a senior that can't afford to take that loss but am forced to do so. Both Bookings and Garner Hotel are cheats. I hope no one has this experience. It's shameful.
