I just want to say how pleased I was with my stay. The manager Ruben goes above and beyond to make you have a pleasant stay and you couldn't ask for a better staff. They make you feel very welcome. Even welcomed my service dog. If I were to come back to the Phoenix area this will be the place that I stay. If I have any family that need to come this way I can guarantee you they'll be staying here as well.

My room smelled of smoke/mildew. I could hear the person an adjacent room snoring all night long. We like to enjoy a swim in the morning when we stay at hotels. In the morning the pool did not open until 10 AM check out is 11.

Bathroom floor looked clean, but was not!! Everything else was okay as far as cleanliness. IHG needs to step out up with this place.

We arrived at the hotel Wednesday night for an overnight stay and instantly ran into a major drama.
The hotel’s computer had failed to update which rooms were occupied and which ones had been cleaned! Thanks to the tireless efforts of Ms Clemencia and many, many trips up and down the stairs and a call from her manager they were able to rectify the issue.
Many thanks to the both of them!
This is wonderful property and would stay here again.

Had a friend of mine stay the night here. He thought he had booked for two nights, but when he arrived back after working all day, the bed was made and his items were gone. He went to the front desk and they handed him his travel bag that included his clothes, but his toiletry bag and charges for his phone and computer were gone. The gentleman at the desk offered no compensation. How are his clothes and travel bag accounted for, but the toiletry bag and chargers are stolen? What kind of people work here? Why was there no phone call to see why the room was still occupied? Nice hotel, but staffed with dishonest people.
