Everyone here is good people including the cleaning staff who was always prompt with me. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in between places. Thank you everyone for your dedication!

- JRJim RossDec 15, 20252.0As diamond members we expected more from this location, room 302 Dec 11th. We got the suite which includes a living space. Very roomie but the TV only got one channel! Every other channel pixelized or no signal. Thankfully the TV in the bedroom was fine. In the shower...no body wash. The bottle supplied was empty. But the worst were the train horns. At 1:15a, 5:20a, and 5:45a. We will avoid that BW and opt for something even further from our destination next time.

You can easily tell that the management of this hotel cares what it's guests think about it. The breakfast is very good. Well, the eggs are powdered, but the waffles are great and everything else is good. I'd definitely stay here again.
