  Our room was clean. The staff was nice. We stayed 5 days and wasn't bothered by anyone. We had breakfast every morning. They'd change it up every morning always Waffles. And other options biscuits and gravy, potatoes, eggs scrambled or omlet, boiled, oatmeal, sausage, bacon those would change each day. But they always had food. But we ate at 8am. We didn't use the pool or hot tub. But it looked clean.

  Really disappointed with the pool. We traveled here and picked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool for the kids. Comes to find out the pool doesn’t open until 10. After entertaining the kids until 10 we are advised that the pool will open until 11 at the earliest maybe 12 because of a chemical imbalance. Checkout is at 12. Very disappointing. No swimming today. Rooms are updated and clean. Breakfast was great for the whole family. Location is great - short drive to all eating and shopping.

  Called 3 times to confirm the pool was open and was told by multiple staff member it would be . Got there after a 10 hr drive to be told the pool was closed and had been since Christmas so I got lied to so the could book an extra room in my eyes . Booked 2 nights in our room and left early the first day . The hotel staff was very unhelpful and Told me they couldn’t do anything because I booked 3rd party regardless they should care for their guest . This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at between the way it smells and “breakfast” was gone by 8:45 and not replaced so we couldn’t even atleast have a meal before leaving . The room also had a musty smell and a crack in the ceiling . Worst hotel stay of my life

  Stayed here for a few nights near new years, the rooms were cery clean and comfortable with nice beds, the ac/ heaters work well and room and they made sure that house keeping came through often to check if youd want your room clean. They have an indoor pool but during the first few nights of our stay they were replacing parts of the pump, the staff worked hard to replace it and get the pool working again. The staff was also very helpful and kind, especially the gentleman working the night shifts at the front counter.

  We had a memorable stay here. It was quiet and in a safe area. That was important to us. We had access to whatever we wanted but it is better to plan ahead. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast items they offered. They had omelets, homestyle potatoes, yogurt with granola and fruit, muffins, waffles, orange juice and fruits like apples, oranges, and bananas. They also had coffee and tea along with free cookies 🍪 between 4 pm to 6 pm. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We were surprised at all the charging stations they offered to charge your electronics. That was beyond our expectations. We will definitely return to this location in the future. The staff were friendly and they use text messages to communicate with you that was easy to respond. We were sad that the pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance. Hopefully, we get to use this facility next time.
