From the time we checked in until the time we checked out we were treated amazingly. I loved the special touch they give to breakfast with yogurt parfaits and specialty waffles. I would definitely be back at this hotel again.

I was told 24- 48 hours the holding charge of 137 would roll off. Its been 5 days and the hotel now tells me maybe Monday or Tues it will be removed. I dont appreciate getting charged twice and then having to wait 10 days,to get one refunded. Doesn't seem fair to me. Removing a star for the extra charge. I just had the most wonderful check in experience with Julia, I think that was her name. She was so sincerely kind . My room is exceptionally clean and im so happy there is a guest laundry room upstairs. I know im going to enjoy my stay here very much. Thank you, I checked out a few hotels and im so very glad I picked this one. Julia was so nice on the phone when I called and that is why I chose Hampton Inn. Kindness and a very clean room goes a long way! Thanks again!

They have an even reception, the protest is very clean and well taken care of and they have EV chargers on site for customers. I’ll be staying here again for sure when in the area!
