  Very unprofessional, very not business smart. Quoted $700 for 1 night. Total price gouging regardless of any local events. Lost us as a customer. SAD !!

  I've stayed here back in September and had a pleasant time, the stuff was very professional and honored my Status , definitely if come back to Sedona will be looking forward to stay here again

  It's really close to all the trails for bell rock, close to the cathedral, the fitness center has its own building..most people are looking to stay here so they can hit the trails early. I had a great view from my room..worth it to stay here

  A GEM amidst the rubbles of the Red Rocks… If you are in Sedona in December - here is what you may expect for this is my experience at the BEST HOTEL IN THE ENTIRE STATE OF ARIZONA. The Staff - Friendly, Professional, Best in the business, especially to the credit of Mr. Steve Lee such a kind soul (and now my friend after 2 nights and his supreme assistance to me and he even chatted with me as I purchased stuff from the hotel shop after hours). For it is in the end, Mr. Steve Lee who truly made my stay here for 2 nights in Sedona the most unforgettable experience of my life - truly. I originally had a room with a bed and sofa bed (which I took to give my group the bed). As we all know - a sofa pull out hotel bed is not the most comfortable especially for someone with a back injury who went extreme hiking to the TOP OF Devil’s bridge and Cathedral rock like myself. So on night 2 I went to the front desk and told Steve my situation and he did the right thing for me and got me a room with a real bed and I was actually able to sleep because I was on a 7 day trip out here and Steve went ABOVE and Beyond for me and I never forget that. With that said, my friends, yes there are many luxury hotels in Sedona, however this Holiday Inn Express is the Hidden Gem of Sedona if you ask me. I’d absolutely stay here again anytime I ever return to Sedona. With that said thank you and rock on friends !

  Stayed here while visiting Sedona and had a great experience all around. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want after a long day of hiking and being out in the sun. The rooms were well kept and quiet, which made it easy to relax and recharge. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything from check-in to check-out went smooth. The location is solid too, close enough to all the main spots in Sedona without feeling too crowded. Breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus and had plenty of options to get you going for the day. Overall, no complaints at all. Great place to stay whether you’re out exploring or just looking for a comfortable spot to unwind. Would definitely stay here again.
