  Hotel was clean, conveniently located, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would love to give 5 stars, but absolutely refuse to when a hotel charges paying guests an additional fee just to park a car in the parking lot. I understand only wanting guests to park, but a fee is completely unnecessary. Just offer guests a pass for the dashboard so they can ensure guest only parking. Why it costs $15 to park in an empty lot is beyond me.

  $15 for Parking?? You call to book a room and the service rep doesn't mention that and you find out when you arrive at the hotel. Then when you politely ask about it the front desk person snaps back and makes a big deal that they are willing to refund the $15 as a one time exception. Just bake the price into the original cost rather than surprise me with it. Not a good way to handle business. The hotel and breakfast were great just service was poor.

  AVOID this Motel!!! Its a very deceptive motel, If I was IHG I would pull their license. How is it deceptive, they list one price and once you get there you get add on fees. This location is in a safe area of town and has a open parking lot similar to most motels. NO parking garage, NO fenced in area secure area, NO Covered parking, yet they charge you $15 SECURITY PARKING FEE! So instead of having a higher price they add on additional deceptive charges. I figured their security was the piece of copy paper they wrote on with a sharpie marker and had you go back out to your vehicle and put in dash. WOW, did I now feel secure, that paper was going to save my car from getting broke into, because we all know any respectable thief would check for a piece of paper in the dash before breaking in! Now I will point out, they do list a parking fee on their website, if you scroll thru everything, however when booking a motel with pictures of an open lot, you do not expect a PARKING FEE! Paying an additional $15 isnt the issue, its the deceptive way they get more. $170 motel room plus an open lot parking fee! We were staying 2 nights, but cancelled the second night, based only on the principal of the getting charged $15 per night. This didnt include a second piece of paper, one third sheet of copy paper for 2 nights! Otherewise, this was a nice location to stay in the Sedonna - Oak creek area. If they removed their stupid $15 security parking fee, I would recommend.
