- DDDanaDec 30, 20251.0General Manager, David, was SO rude when I asked that our room be made late in the day. We had come and gone twice to give the staff time to clean up. He claimed they were too busy. I get it that it’s holiday time. But we paid a VERY pretty penny for an outdated name-brand inn. Breakfast- they ran out of forks, no cream cheese, no cups. This property is VERY poorly managed.

It was extremely busy during the time we were there for breakfast. Eunice politely worked her way through the crowds to make sure everything stayed stocked and cleaned. We really appreciate her effort so that we could enjoy breakfast without missing out on anything. We also really appreciate the housekeeping staff. All the people were so friendly every time we walked by. I even heard a gentleman going in there and telling his Staff how much he appreciated their hard work, which was a nice to overhear. In the midst of a world where customer service often seems to be lost, what we experienced here really stood out. Thank you for all of your efforts.
- SSsuzetteDec 23, 20255.0I had the pleasure of staying one night here over extending my stay at an autograph collection Marriot hotel. The room was spacious, quiet, and had great towels and in room toiletries. The room view is not great and location is farther away from Sedona. The cost, breakfast, and spa more than made up the location. The staff seemed to genuinely care to make stay pleasurable with recommendations and fixing issues- tv remote battery dead. The hotels is handicapped friendly more so than other hotels though the breakfast sitting is a bit crowded.
- LVLucy VuDec 19, 20255.0HAD THE BEST TIME HERE!!! Overall, I had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful—they even allowed us to delay our checkout at no extra cost. They also recommended many great restaurants for us to try. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. I especially loved that all the bathroom amenities were from Dove, which is a nice upgrade compared to most hotels. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view that made the stay even more enjoyable.

They also have body lotion for your convenience Food: tbh I didn’t expect they have breakfast but far beyond my expectation, the food is so GOOD. Their pancakes and scramble eggs are on point! They also have a coffee bar open 24/7 for free. Staff: all the staff are nice and helpful Location: across from the hotel, there are many restaurants. So convenience. The scenic view outside is breathtaking. Service and serving overall is soo nice. Definitely come back again❤️
