When I asked the lady at the front desk to check as the total did not seem correct. She asked me to show the proof of the rate I book the room for. Even after I showed the email she seemed clueless. Finally the manager came and she said she refunded the money. The manager or the front desk lady did not even apologize for trying to scam me which makes me feel like this is normal thing for them. Also we asked them that there was no body wash in the room. That day they did the whole room cleaning but one thing they missed was the body wash. It was the same lady at the front desk both the times so maybe they have incompetent people in their staff.

Truly the perfect location and great for families. Breakfast is included and plentiful. There is much to choose from - kudos to the staff for being so professional! The rooms are aging (this is our eighth year visiting) cleanliness mediocre and the front desk does their job without going a step beyond. Overall worth the cost bc of location. Beautiful views in back too!

- HPHelene P.Nov 30, 20251.0SLUMLORD is what comes into my mind after staying 2 nights at this place. The room was worn down and simply disgusting. When we entered the room, it smelled like mold. The carpet was so stained that I told my kids not walk barefoot on it. The curtain had some brown stain on it. The TV console looked like it was an antique piece. Also, no wonder that they don’t post any pictures of the bathroom. It was so small and needed some serious remodeling. The shower head was covered with white residue. The paint on the wall was chirping. The pictures posted on their website have been digitally enhanced because the room we got was very very different from the room they show on their website. We paid close to $300 per night when we shouldn’t have paid more than $100 for such a dump. Do yourself a favor and find another place to stay. And to the owner of this place: Shame on you. You should re-inject some of the money you make into making your rooms at least sanitary.
