- DBDonna BrooksMar 16, 20261.0The only thing this hotel has worth staying is the view and location. Worst experience I think I have ever had. The rooms are run down and dirty, as is the lobby! When checking in, the lady was having issues with taking my payment and wanted to run my card multiple times after it already showed as charged to my account. After checking out, I got a call from the accounting manager who threatened to call the police on me for not paying and wanted my card # over the phone to charge my room again. At this point, I had already had 2 pending charges to my account. This is just unacceptable! The only reason people stay at this hotel at this point is because of the view and location. I will never stay at a Best Western EVER again!!
