- BMB MMar 27, 20262.0We almost exclusively stay at 4 seasons for family holidays and generally we love them. As a result the bar is quite high and unfortunately, this particular location does not really live up to the standard of others around the world. The grounds and facilities are nice but nothing special. The restaurants and bar feel a bit dated. The rooms are again fine, with nice views. The real issue for this location is concierge and overall service. The concierge activities they recommend are severely underwhelming and overpriced. This includes the Sedona guided trip (just a glorified drive and shopping trip you can do yourself) and the grand canyon excursions (can organize better separately). There are also few kid friendly amenities compared to other 4 seasons holiday locations. While the individuals who work there are really friendly, the overall subpar experience seems to stem from poor management. From check-in to daily excursions, forgetting car transfer service, forgetting turn down service and more - this particular four seasons does not live up to the prestige the name carries.
