  First time at Tru hotel by Hilton. Nice place. They had a pool table in lobby and big area for breakfast. The pantry had a good selection. The room was clean and had space. It didn't have a closet or drawers to hang shirts or put used clothes. Bathroom was clean hot water wasn't as hot as I wanted. The ac unit was a little. Parking is limited. And there is no back parking lot entrance.

  I got a reservation on feb 14 wen I got there they told me that there was no reservation that the system automatically gives you the lowest rate and it was April 14 I told them that was not the date I wanted I was charge 3 times more what I paid I ask for a manager and I was told they didn’t have one

  No water for 4 hours and not offered any water for drinking or brushing teeth was very bad on a week with the PGA event happening is pretty bad
