- OOopie omot6 days ago5.0I had a great stay at this Scottsdale resort. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The restaurant staff was just as great, and the food was excellent — both dinner and breakfast were really good. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also loved being able to use a bike to explore the property, which was beautiful and well kept. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again.
- ALAlex LopezJan 6, 20264.0Everything was as expected from a Hilton property that is a 4 star. My only issue was the parking.. it was a bit frustrating and the system seemed to not work correctly if you parked outside vs in the parking lot. I would suggest just charge parking to the room.

We forsaken our reservations because we enjoyed her company and service. Listen up! She makes the hospitality work for the guests. Look for her at the boardroom when you can. Other aspects of the hotel were not up to expectations. But funny enough Gina made my day better.

We drove 1 hr 45 min… a party of 5, & paid for a spa day… looking forward to a magnificent hot tub as seen in other high end hotels in Scottsdale. What a SHOCKING disappointment we beheld, when we arrived and saw the hot tub was A BARREL that fit TWO people!!!! It was so generic!!!! Ridiculous to even have. An embarrassment to the hotel!!! I expressed great disappointment as I’ve never seen this and travel all over the USA. I was extremely angry we all drove so far & had to drive just as far home to be extremely disappointed all day!! The other thing we were interested in was the cold plunge, and it was shut down and temporarily out of service. We were immediately told we could have a full refund and were told to stay and enjoy the day. We were told this for about the first hour we were there. Then they kept asking if everything’s OK ….like that was gonna make it OK. No, it did not change the size of the disgraceful hot tub. Then they changed their story and said they would only give half of a refund Because we stayed for 3 hrs. Which is exactly what we were told we were allowed to do. We were not turning around and driving almost 2 hours back home after we just got there. We stayed for about three hours. One person in our party left pretty quickly upon arriving They were so pissed. WHAT A WASTE OF A DAY & WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!! If you’re a hot tub lover…. this place is not for you!!!!
