    We came for a conference and it’s a beautiful resort but the best part was the service by staff. In particular, Garrett at the front desk was amazing. From his keen wit at check-in to his kindness and overall customer service helping us throughout the days we were there, he made our stay better than it would have been without him. Give that guy a raise!

    Clean, nice staff. Some areas needed a little help in the bathroom and there are wayyyy too many lights in the room we had. We couldn't figure out what switch went to what. Usually places give you some little cute something for your birthday and my friend, who booked, was so very upset about this.

    The easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given for quite possibly the best service I’ve ever received at a Hilton Property! We celebrated our anniversary at the Curio, and Ethan Marinov (at the front desk), made the entire experience unforgettable. After a stressful week leading up to our stay he was a breath of fresh air. We were greeted by him most mornings during our stay and his warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness set the perfect tone for each day. It was a one of a kind service, a truly timeless hospitality that every hotel should strive for. Thank you again to Ethan and the rest of the Hilton team including Jade and Jessica at the front for making our anniversary trip so special and for reminding us what exceptional service feels like!

    5-Star Local Stay for My Daughter’s 21st Birthday We’re local to the McCormick Ranch area and decided to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday with a staycation at this beautiful resort and it was absolutely perfect from check-in to check-out! From the moment she arrived, she was greeted by Ethan at the front desk, who was so kind and accommodating. He took the time to give her a personal tour of the property and make sure she and her party felt right at home. While at the pool on one of the days, they raved about the best piña colada ever (made by a wonderful young lady whose name unfortunately we didn’t catch), and that quickly became one of the highlights of her weekend! She and a friend also visited the spa, where Lexi, the spa coordinator, went above and beyond to make her feel pampered and relaxed. The massage therapists, Nisha and Linda, were absolutely incredible. They both made them feel completely comfortable and rejuvenated. Our family joined her party for a birthday dinner at La Fogata, and it could not have been more special. The food and beverage team was incredible in helping us organize a dinner for 15 people, including gluten-free and dairy-free accommodations. Chef Brian prepared an unforgettable meal, and Luca, Antonio, and Angel provided top-notch service they even made sure we got a few great pictures around the table! The timing couldn’t have been more magical just as dinner ended, the fire works across the golf course lit up, adding the perfect touch to an already beautiful evening. We wrapped up the night with some delicious cocktails on the patio, soaking in the stunning weather and ambiance. We’re so grateful for such a memorable experience so close to home. It’s wonderful to see a resort in our own neighborhood treat guests, even us locals like VIPs. We’ll definitely be back!

    Not much of a ‘resort’ feel. From the constant sewage smell to the blaring DJ music - I regret choosing this hotel. It was definitely missing the Hilton Diamond experience one should expect from a Curio property. Our room on the 3rd floor smelled like sewage. The walls had yellow streaks on them. Probable remnants of past water leaks. The hallway outside the room had the AC so low it was freezing, I’m guessing it helps cover the sewer smell. We made the mistake of turning our AC off and it got really bad. If you are hoping to relax at the pool. Don’t go Saturday/Sunday. The DJ blasted music for the middle age crowd just wanting to read a book - with no regard for requests to turn it down. Multiple people asked him to lower the volume. You couldn’t have a conversation or even order a drink at the bar. He ignored the requests as people who made the mistake of paying for cabanas had enough and just left. When he finally stopped at 5 PM the entire pool started clapping. Sadly. If you have a pool side room. It was just as loud in the room. We asked to be moved for the sewer smell and the noise multiple times and were told the hotel was sold out. A quick check of the website showed you could get a room still. Open tables at the restaraunt were not filled and they wouldn’t seat us. They had reservations ‘coming’. We tried to order açaí and breakfast enchiladas today. They didn’t have the ingredients. They had eggs and toast. I won’t be back. They don’t care that I won’t be back. That’s what you are signing up for.
