I travel routinely for business and am a Hilton Gold member. Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing Hilton property I have experienced in the past decade.
There were several significant issues during my stay:
1. The room had a noticeable odor upon arrival.
2. The lights were set on a 20-minute timer. When I asked the front desk whether the timer duration could be adjusted, I was informed that this is a known issue and that many guests have complained, but management has not addressed it.
3. The standard WiFi speed was approximately 2 Mbps. The front desk acknowledged this as a known issue and offered a complimentary code for premium access.
4. The hotel is located on a fairly busy road, and traffic noise was noticeable.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for a Hilton property, particularly for business travel where reliable WiFi and a functional room environment are essential.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very nice. The staff could be a little bit more accommodating. We ordered Starbucks in our delivered to the front desk and Order made aware of the delivery. I found it when I went downstairs 20 minutes after I’ve been delivered the staff made us feel as though we were an inconvenience overheard the bartender stating she doesn’t have time to make a lattes. They can have a black coffee if they want coffee.

The manager said It is was OK like that...

We had a solid stay at Senna House. The stand out for us was the incredible service and hospitality by MJ at the front desk. What an all-star!
Only disappointment is lack of sunshine at the pool.
Great stay!

Disappointing experience, mainly due to the breakfast service. One guest waited nearly an hour to be served, and there were multiple order mistakes. Most plates did not match what had been ordered, yet the staff insisted the orders were correct instead of apologizing and resolving the issue. The waitress’s attitude was unacceptable, as she blamed the guests rather than taking responsibility.
Although the chairs look very nice, they are extremely uncomfortable. A hard wooden bar presses directly into the middle of the back, making breakfast quite unpleasant.
The hotel is also very noisy on weekends due to its location in an area full of bars. My room was facing a parking area just below the hotel (which may not belong to the property), where people gathered at night, drinking and playing loud music from their cars. This happened directly under the hotel, and no security presence or intervention was visible, making it difficult to sleep. This hotel is better suited for people looking to enjoy nightlife than for those seeking rest or a quiet stay.
More generally, the level of service at night was disappointing. The night receptionist had a very casual and disengaged attitude, and requests were not handled in a helpful or service-oriented manner.
That said, a special mention goes to the housekeeping staff, who were absolutely lovely, kind, and professional. They truly made a positive difference during our stay.
