The property is close to the bar area, so it can get a bit noisy at night due to the music, but the excellent service more than makes up for it. I mostly used Uber, so I didn’t interact much with the valet staff, but they were very courteous—always ready to open the door and assist with luggage. The entire place is spotless, and the housekeeping team does an outstanding job keeping the rooms clean and comfortable. The beds are very cozy, making for a restful stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. There’s also a restaurant on-site, though I didn’t get a chance to try it.

The hotel bar plays loud music until late so request a room away from the bar. The pool was disappointing as it is only on the second floor on the Northside of the building which is shaded from the sun until about 2pm before a corner is finally exposed to the sun. The $40/night valet parking uses a QR code on your ticket that stopped working for me after the first night. Nobody could fix it and no way to call so be ready to wait for your car.

No weight machines, but dumbbells up to 50lbs and a cable machine. 2 Peloton bikes 4 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, and a rowing machine. Very nice stay and would highly recommend.

I’ve been here for just two days, and in those short two days I have multiple stories I could tell about her over the top hospitality. For the sake of brevity I’ll stick to just one. As my wife and I were walking through the lobby, my wife mentioned we need more water for our room, while on the phone with a guest, MJ overheard my wife say that to me, MJ looked at me, mouthed the words “you’re in room ___ right?” I nodded, and 10 minutes later two bottles of water showed up to our room. If I could give 6 stars I would, beyond impressed with her and the hospitality she provided my family.
