  Management is not interested in fixing problems. Despite repeated requests, best we had was luke-warm water for showers, and we were not alone. I noticed things that didn't work well in the breakfast area, didn't get fixed. CLEARLY A POORLY MANAGED HOTEL.

  I am attending a work conference. Blisters on my ankles!!! Sariana at the front desk saved me!!! Band-aids, antiseptic, and pain relief gel!!! What a sweetheart!!! Thank you so much!!! Will recommend to all!!! 5 Stars!

  I came in from an early and long flight from South Florida. Maryann greeted me with a warm smile and was extremely attentive from the moment I stepped into the lobby. My room was not ready as I landed earlier than expected, but Maryann offered to have them expedite cleaning of the room and then offered for the hotel to keep my bags so I could go ahead and enjoy the weather and great food. Maryann personally called me while I was out to let me know that my room was ready. Once I got back she remembered my name and even asked how my dining experience was. Once I got to my room, I realized that it was not what I had expected, and I called the front desk, and again Maryann was extremely attentive to ensure I spent the night in a comfortable room. I have been very ill and traveling for work was very tough for me, but Maryann made this experience so much better and well worth it. Now this is what I call great customer service, and due to Maryann anytime I am back in Scottsdale I will be insisting that we book the hotel for this specific location. Maryann I want to personally thank you for all you have done for me today and ensuring my comfort and health came first. You are so appreciated, and you have impacted me more than you even realize! :)

  Sariana is an absolute asset to this company. I have never seen more wisdom in an 18-year-old ever. She was courteous, helpful, professional, and most importantly made an impression. Her level of service is one to set the bar by. Could not be happier.

  I spent approximately five months at this property, and it truly became a "home away from home" during my stay. The management and staff are exceptional; I had the pleasure of getting to know many of them, and their consistent helpfulness and hospitality made me feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is situated in a very safe area with an ideal balance of amenities. There is no shortage of activities nearby, ranging from excellent shopping and hiking trails to vibrant nightlife and major sporting events. I would have gladly extended my stay to a full year; however, the significant price increases during the winter and spring seasons made a longer stay impractical. Despite the seasonal rate hikes, I highly recommend this location for its safety, convenience, and outstanding service.
