  Rooms are not insulated therefore you hear any movement around and above. Carpet is stained, kitchen tap was falling off and the aircon was so noisy that we needed to turn it off. Between the noise from the above all night and the noisy aircon it was a sleepless night for us. The staff is not friendly and it was the first hotel after our 2 weeks traveling around and staying in many places which required a credit card for accidental damages although we were booked as a group (and fully paid for). That’s made for a lengthy check in for us tired travelers. The hotel obviously doesn’t care about group bookings and they don’t care to loose it. Would never stay again and will definitely discourage anyone else to stay.

  Not a well maintained hotel. We arrived to find the celing leaking from some water or plumbing issue. The area was taped off with yellow tape in the lobby. The bed looked like it was already slept in. This is an outdated hotel that is not consumer friendly. The bathroom light switch and sink are located directly behind the bathroom door. I cold not open the door while shaving . No fan in the bathroom. The toilet was stopped up. The bathroom is set up for inconvenience. The AC was not working. The service man that came to the room said "The wall AC dial was not in use and the wiring was not working". These were his words. The lights next to the bed were not working.The old floor AC was how we had to turn on the AC and it was super loud when starting and stopping. If you need a good night rest, do not stay here. The water presure in the shower was barely dripping out. It is also not in a safe area as many lat night homeless people were walking around. The front staff manager was also "put out" to have to move me to another room. That room had the same problems as well. 1 star. Hilton should sell this property. You can do better.

  Location was great, rooms were spacious. If you like a firm mattress, this was the place to stay. Rooms has a small kitchen sink and a decent sized fridge plus dishwasher. Showers had a low stop in with a safety bar for entering and exiting.

  Got in about 10pm. Check in was fine. Attendant said they knew nothing about local restaurants and had no recommendations but gave us a two page print out. Lobby was a mess due to a leak coming from ceiling into lobby. Got to our room. Zero design used to make this space feel intentionally planned. No art on walls. Sheets made of some quick dry no wrinkle synthetic yet bed fitted sheet was so wrinkled and creased with areas of light discoloration felt like sheets were not clean. Plenty of hooks to hang personal items. Ac/heat noisy on and off all night. Moved to a new room in the morning after terrible night sleep. Tried to open window to get some fresh air. Window frame was coming off window and could not close. Attendant argued with my husband when he said that toilet was clogged and bathroom sink wasn’t draining. New room, same used creased flat sheet. Bathroom light switch is again behind bathroom door like doors are on backward. Thermostat not working in new room. Maintenance sent. We were told thermostat is broken and we must use buttons on unit. HVAC unit at window is rattling and loud. Filter is clean. Floors feel clean even with bare feet. Predictable Plastic sweaty sheets. Did not expected this low cost, easy clean quick dry sheets to look and feel like they were already slept in.

  Been to many hotels under the hilton umbrella. This was one of the worst. Service was non existent, very not friendly or helpful even for a gold member. Rooms had old feel/vibe to it. Terrible showers and zero water pressure. Front desk people need to do better. All workers had attitude, the kind that comes from the top. Wouldn't recommend this place. Wasn't cheap either, a pure waste of $$.
