    Loves this place. It felt like a tiny home with its included kitchenettes in the room. The ability to have a fridge to store leftovers or simple groceries was lovely and allowed me and my companion to enjoy the trip and not worry about food going bad. Will use this hotel again!

    People above me were loud all night I reported it twice to the lady upfront and nothing changed. Avoid Hilton hotels. It caters to people with kids. Go to Marriott. You won't have this issue there

    The front desk guy is rude and talks over you. We told them we had missing earrings and switched room and left the earrings in our old room and somehow they became “missing.”

    Came in late and the front desk was courteous and efficient with checking in. The room is spacious with almost full kitchen but if need cookware like pots and pans have to ask for them at front desk. Clean room clean sheets only I found a bug waiting for us at the restroom. Other than that non-issue, they said no reported bedbugs! 1ins waling to old town Scottsdale and town center. 5 mins from major freeways in town. Great breakfast buffet is always a plus. Family friendly. Would stay again.

    This hotel's "GM" has got to be the rudest staff that I have ever encountered in my 62 years. We travel quiet a bit and I have could not believe it when he told me he was the GM. There is nothing problem solving about this guy, Lee Salinas. Very condescending. They had a soccer tournament in town and a good amount of then were staying there. And ran them out of food, coffee (in room) and laundry detergent. Not sure why since they knew they had a full house. He chased us out of the hotel twice to ask us what we said. Which at that point wasn't anything nice. Then called the police and told us he was going to lock our stuff in our room. And cancelled our remaining days. Which he lied about and that day was originally our last. The night time front desk was great! They need to get a new GM.
