- RGRob G.Jan 3, 20262.0Hilton over charges for these rooms. The hotel is located in an asphalt field. We have stayed here multiple times over the years and the hotels is getting tired. Hilton does not believe in maintenance and thorough cleanings. The carpet is in need of cleaning and in some areas replaced. One year ago the 4th floor elevator button fell off and this year it was still missing!? The gym use to have two bikes and now it has none. The rates are too high, especially for guests that are staying there because it’s close to the Mayo Clinic. During our visit the elevator button in the lobby came off to call for an elevator. The staff are really nice and very helpful, it’s unfortunate that the company does not support the staff properly.

- LJL JDec 12, 20252.0I really want to love the Hilton Home2 properties. The staff was efficient and friendly, the location was great but once again, a horrible bed. Pillows thin and needs replacing. The side of the bed closest to the bathroom was completely broken down and caused a miserable aching back after several nights. This is also a recurring theme for all the Home2 properties I have stayed at recently. For comparison, stayed at a Hampton Inn and Suites last night that is approx the same age as this Home2 and the bed was fine. Home2 must purchase a much lesser quality bed or something. It will be hard to choose this or any other Home2 again.

Overall, it was good except it isn't a good value ($456 for one night). So I doubt we'd stay there again unless there were no better options available in the area.
