They are the kindest people and truly go out of their way to help all of the guests. We are coming back for an extended stay and chose Home2Suites over other nearby options because of the amazing staff.

Sometimes none of it and you go to lobby for some cold coffee. Oh, and don't get me started on towels, wash clothes, and toilet paper. 🤯

As always the staff are great, super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet. (Part 1) December 2025 Hilton over charges for these rooms. The hotel is located in an asphalt field. We have stayed here multiple times over the years and the hotels is getting tired. Hilton does not believe in maintenance and thorough cleanings. The carpet is in need of cleaning and in some areas replaced. One year ago the 4th floor elevator button fell off and this year it was still missing!? The gym use to have two bikes and now it has none. The rates are too high, especially for guests that are staying there because it’s close to the Mayo Clinic. During our visit the elevator button in the lobby came off to call for an elevator. The staff are really nice and very helpful, it’s unfortunate that the company does not support the staff properly.
