  I called a few weeks ago to talk to a member of the sales team to get pricing on a longer than normal stay...possibly 3 months. I have now left 3 messages but have not gotten a call back. Each time I call I'm told they are there, get transfered, and then nothing....my trip is soon, it's a shame because I've stayed at these before in different cities and they are great I have zero complaints

  Staff are not transparent, at the check-in time I was told the parking is free for Hilton Honors Members and I don't need to be worried about it. A day after checking out, my card was charged for Parking without being notified or getting my authorization at the time of check ou! The breakfast is stale and eggs don't tast or smell like eggs at all!

  I stayed at the Home2 for almost a week. The rooms were alright, but the beds and pillows were rather uncomfortable. There were two issues that I had during the trip. First, the room was in disarray when I arrived. The bed was made but the cushions from the fold out sofa were on the floor, the dresser drawers all opened, and a dirty bandage was sitting in the shower from the previous traveler. It was not the room I had expected to walk into. Second, the elevator had two buttons that had fallen off, exposing a small circuit board with a tiny rubber button the size of the tip of a pen to press. I unfortunately was shocked by the exposed wiring and the hotel continued to operate that elevator, even though they have two side by side. The worst part of the trip was that the hotel staff seemed to be annoyed when I brought these issues to their attention. They were more concerned about the fact that they were “completely booked” that week, which I heard from them multiple times. This is my first trip to a Hilton property where I thought about leaving early. I won’t be going back.

  This is only our second day there but the check-in was smooth. Great for long-term stay where you actually have a kitchen dining room and bedroom with walk in shower. The breakfast buffet in the morning is fantastic with waffles oatmeal eggs ham wedge potatoes fruit juices fresh yogurt bagels English muffins. Has a fitness room beside the laundry to work out while you're doing it. Beautiful poolside and a courtyard that has two huge grills to grill if you'd like and a fire pit with seating.
