The highlight of our stay was the entire staff being extremely hospitable, especially one staff member. Her name was Lucy (I dnk her last name) She was extremely professional, with most caring for us and others. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. It’s not everyday that we get this good of service during hotel stays however, Lucy was tentative to my wife and I every time we crossed paths. She genuinely wanted to make sure that all customers were satisfied with their stay. Kudos to Lucy!

The room itself was ok however the rooms are in general need of updating and maintenance is needed for the AC units in the rooms. The room had a very musty smell and the bathroom needed painting as it was dingy and dinged up. ** This hotel also charges a $100 incidental fee which they claim will be refunded in 5-7 business days. The charge on my card has still not been refunded at week 3 after my stay. I did not incur any food or other “ incidental” fees during my stay so this fee feels like a way for IHG to take more money from their customers as it seems this is a recurring issue at their properties.
