The room needed a little TLC: a drippy faucet unless it was in a specific location, there was a pink stain in the carpet and no fan to turn on in the bathroom, hot tub was not working.

This was THE BEST 1 bedroom suite I stayed in this year. 2 balconies, fireplace, beautiful shower with great water pressure, comfortable bed and nice living room furniture. Pleasantly surprised. 3 outstanding employees Jen, Josh, and Makayla. The daily check in via text was also appreciated. The hotel is in a great neighborhood. Our room was quiet with beautiful Mountain Views. Dinner was really good as was the breakfast every morning. I want to say Thank you for making Christmas away from family, in a hotel, personable and pleasant. Highly recommend this IHG hotel!

I have tried to call a few times. No answer. I understand they might be helping other guest. So I tried different time. Still no answer. I even tried on my cell. No answer. Im big on customer service. I tip on the service.

- CRCoach RonNov 21, 20255.0Convenient, clean, friendly staff, and good food. There was no need to go elsewhere for breakfast, or dinner during our 4 day/night stay. The highlight of our stay was the entire staff being extremely hospitable, especially one staff member. Her name was Lucy (I dnk her last name) She was extremely professional, with most caring for us and others. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. It’s not everyday that we get this good of service during hotel stays however, Lucy was tentative to my wife and I every time we crossed paths. She genuinely wanted to make sure that all customers were satisfied with their stay. Kudos to Lucy!
