Basically changing me twice for a crappy room that I had to leave early and was able to reheat my food. When I called was told there was no manager in today and they will pass it on again BEWARE BEFORE BOOKING ESPECIALLY 3RD PARTY. Water was due to be turned off during the day which ruined my plans for the hot tub. (Unable to shower after). Was wanting to reheat my dinner to find I had no microwave. The hall was smelled of mold and/or mildew. When I talked to the front desk was told since I booked 3rd party I get what I get. The room was nice but that's the only saving grace. Would think twice before staying here again. BEWARE BEFORE BOOKING.

They had crazy construction noise throughout the day and they had water shut off for four consecutive days through the majority of the day. We had to change rooms which they thankfully let us do because we had a baby and my baby couldn't naps with a jackhammer going on all day. Their saving Grace was that their housekeeping services and the people that helped with breakfast were very kind and nice.

Breakfast was pretty bad and coffee was flavorless. Location is fantastic, easy to get to the ICU at Honor Health.
