- TMTammi maciasFeb 16, 20265.0Villa Mirage is in a great central location. Traveling to Phoenix or Mesa, everything is within a half hour drive. You can also venture up to Sedona or down to Tuscon. I love having our own kitchen, living room. and separate bedroom. There are BBQ grills, a small playground, pickleball/basketball courts, and other games as well. The pool and hot tub are very nice. Also, there is a restaurant and bar by the pool.

However, we encountered a billing discrepancy regarding a room upgrade. While the front desk agent was very pleasant, there was clearly a misunderstanding; we requested a complimentary upgrade, but were instead charged an additional $40 per night. Since we used express checkout, we didn't catch the error until later. I have reached out via email but have yet to receive a response.
