Great staff. Super friendly and accommodating. Rooms are nice. Could use a little sprucing up for an HGV resort. Pool area was nice and clean and plenty of lounge chairs and towels.

Not only was it an amazing place to stay... Not only were the staff very friendly and more than helpful... Not only was the area unlike anyplace else... BUT... Ana and her staff averted a disaster created by our third party booking company...she single handedly gave us an hour of her time to fix the situation...her previous staff person which I do not remember her name was so...so...so helpful...they were a dynamic duo!!!! Thanks for a great experience in Scottsdale!!!

Very Disappointed — Not Worth the “Resort Fee” I was super disappointed with my stay at Hilton Vacation Club Scottsdale Villa Mirage. After my second night, I found out they don’t offer housekeeping unless you stay eight nights. Yup, eight nights. That’s absolutely ridiculous for a property charging a resort fee. Even worse, this wasn’t disclosed at check-in — you only find out after you’ve settled in. When I finally requested fresh towels and sheets, they literally left them in a plastic bag outside my door, completely exposed to the elements. The hotel also has no elevators, so good luck hauling your luggage up to the third floor. The entire property feels very dated, and for the price, it’s nowhere near the standard you’d expect from a Hilton-branded resort. Honestly, even cheap motels offer basic housekeeping service. I would not stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting a true resort experience.

The staff here is genuinely great — friendly, attentive, and clearly trying their best. That said, the constant hard sales pitch to join their vacation club really takes away from the experience. It’s uncomfortable when you’re just trying to relax. Another heads-up: the suites are stair access only, so if you’ve got heavy luggage or mobility issues, this place isn’t for you. The room itself has a nice layout and plenty of space, but the smell… yikes. Musty, old, and a bit like the 70’s are still hanging around and refusing to move out. Could use some serious ventilation or a deep clean. All in all, great staff — but dated rooms, a funky smell, and pushy sales tactics make it hard to fully recommend.
