After my second night, I found out they don’t offer housekeeping unless you stay eight nights. Yup, eight nights. That’s absolutely ridiculous for a property charging a resort fee. Even worse, this wasn’t disclosed at check-in — you only find out after you’ve settled in. When I finally requested fresh towels and sheets, they literally left them in a plastic bag outside my door, completely exposed to the elements. The hotel also has no elevators, so good luck hauling your luggage up to the third floor. The entire property feels very dated, and for the price, it’s nowhere near the standard you’d expect from a Hilton-branded resort. Honestly, even cheap motels offer basic housekeeping service. I would not stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting a true resort experience.
