Thank you for a follow up on our stay with you last week. Over all I'm rating your facility 3 out of 5. Here's why:The quality of the kitchen items were cheap and not what I expected. In particular the pots and pans were coated with a nonstick surface which masks food taste. The availability of pots and bowls was limited to only the large size. Not convenient when preparing a smaller dish. We asked for a tea kettle and received a plastic device that made the tea and coffee not drinkable. Additionally, that tea kettle after coming to a boil usually shuts off. It did shut off at first, then later we found it had turned back on (malfunctioning)without any water in the container. This is a safety issue as could cause a fire if it went unnoticed. Finally, the water was not drinkable , so we purchased bottled water. It seems reasonable that the facility could provide at least one filtered water kiosk, say near the pool, where clients could refill their bottles rather than making another trip to the store?

Rooms were adequate, but desperately needs a deep clean. Dust noted on lampshades and behind toilets, glitter on carpet from previous rental. It has a kitchen, and washer/dryer. Drawers in kitchen and bathroom were peeling and seriously needs updating. Front desk staff were pleasant. The windows in kitchen are basically useless as they cannot be opened/closed unless you climb onto kitchen countertop to open/close them. It also has a gym, pools, barbeque/fire pit and kid's play area.

We stayed at this hotel for our New Year’s holiday. We are frequent travelers, and we chose this property specifically for the space and the kitchen facilities. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff.
We are Hilton Club members, but on this occasion we stayed as regular hotel guests, not as a timeshare. For that reason, we clearly requested daily housekeeping at check-in, which we were told would not be a problem.
Despite this, our room wasn’t cleaned. The staff repeatedly claimed that we had placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, which is completely false, we never hung the sign at any time. Every day we went to the front desk to remind them that we wanted the room serviced. Yet every evening we returned to find that nothing had been done: towels were not changed, trash was not removed, and the room was not tidied at all.
Each time we complained, we were given excuses and treated in a dismissive manner, with staff insisting on blaming the nonexistent DND sign instead of addressing the issue.
This hotel offers appalling service and shows a complete lack of respect for its guests. We will never return, as the customer service is absolutely unacceptable.
