    Although the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable overall the suite was stunning. Staff went above and beyond. Pool and hot tub were great. I would recommend. Staff let my family deliver food early to the unit as we had a late arrival. Now that was exceptional service. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

    First of all I am a Hilton stock holder, which concerns me. I have stayed at their properties for years, but they have lost touch when related to service. This experience with Hilton Vacation properties has been a nightmare. I would recommend you save your time and do business with someone else. I'm selling stock and moving on to other properties.

    Hilton Grand Vacations is a terrible company. Do not deal with this company. We were huge Hilton fans and have stayed at Hilton properties, but this company has ruined it. So I warn you, do not book with them. Go with a different company other than Hilton.

    These accommodations are very dated - plastic “artwork” on walls, most uncomfortable couch, white socks were soiled at the bottom from a filthy wall to wall carpet, the bathrooms are really old and the sink in the bathroom had a musty odor from old water on the drain. The kitchen really needs a renovation. The location facing Bell Rd creates noise from crowds, buses and cars. We will not stay here again. Very disappointing HGV. Staff were very nice and helpful and are not responsible for horrible accommodations. Also, you need to be comfortable walking up stairs if you’re on the second or third floor. Not one elevator

    Centrally located from everything- retail shopping restaurants and grocery stores and walking distance to TPC Scottsdale. Just known this resort DO NOT have a lot of amenities- NO RESTAURANTS OR FOOD OPTIONS (only the lobby pantry store) for drinks - water - snacks - limited ice cream items - some quick snack frozen items and beer/wine selections also. The views are mainly of the interior of the resort some of the units do have golf courses views or main road views. The units have been newly remodeled and updated in 2025.
