It's not a luxury resort but the space was great, updated and clean. The staff was super friendly. Large pool with lots of chairs and a separate smaller pool for adults only. It was so affordable for all it offered.

This review is primarily for RCI members exchanging into HGV Scottsdale links. We arrived with a confirmed booking in our hands just to be told by a young inexperienced front desk supervisor that RCI had some "outage" and our reservation was cancelled and they are overbooked and therefore cannot give us a room! We called RCI and spoke with a supervisor who was adamant that our reservation was never cancelled and our booking is good. After about 2 hours of phone calls between management of both companies, Hilton miraculously found a room exactly what we had booked. Even if RCI did something wrong, the Hilton resort did have our emails and phone numbers but they never bothered to contact us just to inform us ahead of our arrival of the so-called cancellation. It is probably more lucrative for them to rebook non-RCI members so they don't care about these third party "cancellations".
Based on Hilton lack of proactiveness, I cannot recommend this resort to RCI timeshare exchangers.

I think we got lucky in the unit we ended up in but the amenities are great. Good value for club points if you snag this reservation on a deal.

Located in North Scottsdale the Hilton is quite close to strip mall shopping but is quite far from Old Town. The rooms were clean, though the carpet could use a good cleaning. There were plenty of pans, cutlery, plates, etc, in the kitchen of our 3 BR suite. The pool always had fun music playing and was kept clean.

The rooms themselves were great, but constantly problems with the TVs working. The location felt like it was always a 30-45 minute drive to where ever we wanted to go. They service was friendly. If you have a problem they are a text message away, although they could never get the TVs working right. The gym, pool, and activities offered there were awesome. They have BBQ areas, pool tables, outdoor picnic tables, putting course, and hot tubes. There is an 18 and older pool area if you need to get away from the kids as well.
