- AMAnani MouseNov 17, 20255.0The upstairs room had to view the pool. The room was adequate size and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had ample counter space for toiletries and makeup. Disappointed that there was only a shower and not a tub. The shower leak down the floor every time it was used. We had a connecting room and when our neighbor was snoring, we could hear it through the door. We ended up stuffing a towel under it to block the sound. The pool area is lovely and heated two perfectly warm temp. The hot tub is hot and the jets are relaxing. The pool and hot tub close at 10 PM, well technically, the gates close at 10 but security will let you stay in until 11 PM if you’re quiet. There is a fun little bar with friendly barstaff and lots of cozy seating to gather with your colleagues. This is a great hotel for conferences because so much of it is outside. While the rooms themselves of a lovely dose of air air-conditioning. Going back-and-forth between the smaller comments room and the main hall gives you a chance to get outside and get some fresh air frequently through throughout the day as you get to gaze upon the lovely pool area. The hotel is set up more like a motel with long wings stretching around the central pool area and parking is scattered in the front and back of the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants in very close proximity to the hotel. The hotel catering for the event left much to be desired as most of the food was very dry. We did not eat in the restaurant of the hotel so I cannot read it. The gym is under construction, so there is a tiny temporary gym on the second floor of the hotel. There is a filtered water dispenser in the gym and in the vestibule of the main ballroom. We would gladly stay here again.

- MMManuelle MNov 3, 20252.0Très déçu par cet Hilton qui est en travaux!! J ai eu la chambre 7116, bruyante car juste en face de l accès parking et à côté du bac à glaçon. En RDC. Face à un mur! De plus en RDC impossible de dormir la porté fenêtre ouverte . Or en novembre c est très agréable à Scottsdale. La salle de gym est dans une chambre avec 2 tapis de course et 1 elliptique… et à côté dans une seconde chambre des poids. Enfin la chambre est propre avec un joli plafond en bois mais la salle de bain doit être rénovée : les toilettes sont dans la SDB qui est minuscule . La baignoire s écoule maker le pommeau de douche est plein de calcaire. Enfin l AC est bien trop bruyant
- CAC AndersonOct 30, 20251.0Stayed here for a conference recently. About 1 hour before we are report for the conference there was no water....no hot no cold. Looks about 1.5 hours for it to come back on. The worst part is that we handed over packages to ship out from the conference and not a single person from the hotel has been responsive to our request to find this package. TERRIBLE SERVICE and would NEVER host a conference here based on this alone.
