Stayed at this Hilton this past weekend and honestly for how much we spent, we should have stayed at motel or best western. Hilton a name that used to mean high end service and quality now is just a brand name with and expensive tag. We found an ear plug from a previous guest in the room, all we did was move a chair. Did house cleaning not move chairs when cleaning rooms? We spent 3 days there and not once did our trash get taken out or towels replaced. We tried to enjoy the hot tub but found it had not been working all day by guest who mentioned it to staff and yet nothing had been done. They eventually fixed it, however it was an hour before the pool area was to be closed. We ate breakfast at their restaurant and for the price tag we were hoping for fresh hot food at the minimum. What we got were cold eggs and pancakes with warm meat. Waiter only offer coffee once and never came back to check for refills. We definitely think twice before booking any Hilton thanks to this experience. At least at cheaper options I know to expect this level of service.

Attended the CEF event this evening at the event center. Worst dinner I have ever had at a large gathering.

Great location for north scottsdale venues. They don't stock any amenities in the room except coffee tho... felt very sterile, but nice facility.

Status members and anyone who values integrity - Be careful at this Hilton.
Understand I paid 700 dollars a night as a hotel rate and they refused to honor my food and beverage credit. The staff was very friendly but they seemed to not have their house in order. As a Hilton Gold member, they gave very misleading information about the food and beverage credit at check in (they don't seem to handle it like other Hilton properties). Steven checked me in and was actually one of the friendliest receptions I've received. 5 stars - until I found out they provided misleading information about the food and beverage credit applying to breakfast (it doesn't). The team didn't credit me for it so I called back post stay and then I had to escalate to manager Christie who was condescending & rude and just wanted to nickel and dime me. I indicated the front desk told me food and beverage can apply to breakfast but she indicated it doesn't. They require it to be used same day as check in (I checked in at 11pm at night- nothing was even open to use it on). Normally it wouldn't matter since this is a company trip and thus my company ultimately pays for it but it's the principal of the matter- 15 bucks is 15 bucks. Especially when paying 700 bucks for a hotel a night.
In conclusion, Christie wouldn't honor the food and beverage credit my status guarantees. For 15 bucks, the hotel earned a bad review and I won't be encouraging my company to use this Hilton as location preference in future. Overall, I rate Christie and the training she provides her team as poor- Steven the person at the front desk should be promoted as manager- I understand he has 10 years at Hilton & truly don't think their has been a friendlier greeting at any hotel ever.

Room was dirty (multiple types of hair, etc, especially in the closet and shower) upon check in. Further, the room was barely cleaned during our stay, even after speaking with the front desk.
The pool area had 2 very obnoxious preteen boys that were in the pool unsupervised for 3 days in a row throwing a football and climbing over everything. Management’s attitude was completely indifferent to what was occurring and let it continue.
This hotel should really just market itself as a convention/business hotel only. Front desk staff went out of their way to let guests know it is not “a resort,” which is obvious. Perhaps that’s how they are able to justify keeping their rooms in such disgusting condition.
