I received two water bottles when checking in because I am a Hilton reward member thankfully because the water bottle in the room was $7 if I chose to drink it.

I recently had an injury and couldn't attend a vacation with 18 other friends who are staying at the same location. The management staff at this particular location would not cancel my reservation. This event change my mind about Hilton and I'm going to now become Marriots biggest fan. You lost a loyal patron.
