Bed was lumpy and sheets did not fit and kept coming off the corners. Room was adequate and clean. Nice view of sunrise. Easy to get to, convenient location and.close to all.

This place doesn't enforce parents watching their kids. The staff however was very nice and the place appeared clean.
Anyways, I stayed here a few days over the Thanksgiving weekend to visit family. Apparently there was what appeared to be 2 or 3 boys soccer teams also staying here. I'm guessing ages somewhere between 10 and 15.
The first night was complete chaos. Upon checking into our room, multiple boys (at least 10) that were minors were on the 2nd floor where they had setup make shift goals at both ends of the hallway outside of our door. After about 45 minutes of hearing them non stop, constant running back and forth down the hallway I finally went and spoke to someone at the front desk about it and they said they would go talk to them. Keep in mind, while on the first floor talking with the front desk, I could still hear them trampling back and forth across the hallway. Only someone deaf wouldn't have heard them as the thudding was so loud.
After getting back to my room, a few minutes later I could hear that they were clearing out. However, all they did was move their hotel hallway soccer game up to the 3rd floor. They also apparently had a room right above us as we both started to hear what sounded like they were wrestling as we could hear massive thudding above us along with hearing them screaming with what sounded like them cheering.
I went down again to the front desk and let them know what was going on but this time asked if we could be moved from the 2nd floor to the 4th floor. This way they'd at least be below us instead of right above us.
After moving into the room on the 4th floor (After 9pm) we then heard screaming/cheering coming from outside. I looked out and noticed about 20-30 boys in the parking lot with some adults with what appeared to them moving their soccer match to the hotel parking lot. This went on until well after 10pm.
The subsequent nights after this were better, but I still would occasionally run into a group of 5 to 8 boys running around, up and down the halls and stairs, without any adult supervision.
While we liked the hotel itself, seeing all these boys running around the entire hotel like the hotel was their own personal playground without adults around was completely insane and unprofessional!

The evening front desk service at this hotel was really bad. When we arrived around 7 p.m., the lady at the front desk didn’t smile or greet us at all. She didn’t even say “thank you” or “enjoy your stay.” Her attitude ruined our first impression of the place. Our king room was old, and the bathtub was dirty — this hotel really needs some renovation. The complimentary breakfast was good though, and we were happy to see a different front desk lady in the morning who was friendly and greeted us as we checked out.

We had an issue with my wife's rings. Not accusing anyone of anything, just sharing our experience and the events that unfolded.
We stayed there one night from Gilbert, got home and realized we must have left her rings on the desk. I know they were on the desk because I remember seeing them before we went to bed. We called right away and asked if someone can check the room. Whoever my wife talked to seemed nice about it and put us on hold while she went to check. When she came back, she stated she checked everywhere but did not find the rings. We thanked her and checked our luggage one more time. My wife was panicking so called again to ask if they can check again, specifically the floor and trash can in case they fell off the desk. The person seemed a little annoyed, but checked again and found nothing.
After we hung up, we talked and decided we need to go there and file a police report for insurance. We called them again and said we are on our way up there to do so. Literally 5 minutes after that call, they called back and said the manager found it between the night stand and bed. This was odd since I saw it on the desk and my wife never puts her rings on the night stand. Regardless, we headed back up there.
Once we get there, I asked the manager (we assume) again where he found it. He said it was wrapped in a towel in the bathroom. Not at all what we were told before, and neither where my wife would ever put her rings.
Once again, not accusing anyone of anything, but all seemed a little suspicious and convenient they were found 5 min after stating we would be filing a police report and found in 2 different places. Use this information as you wish.
