I was, however, required to attend a two hour time share presentation with no expectations. I was told by the booking agent it was a 40 minute drive to Tucson which was my intended destination. I had to drive to the off-site presentation location which was not close to the Hampton Inn Scottsdale where I was booked for the discounted stay. The presentation location was not easy to find due to numerical addresses in the area and the resort itself were not posted. Although the sales presentation experience was pleasant, the booking agent was not forthright about the location and logistics. Lastly, I didn't stay in Scottsdale but for one night and headed to Tucson for one night. I was reimbursed for one night at the discounted rate thanks to the Hampton Inn Scottsdale front desk agent who connected me to the appropriate person to resolve my unfortunate experience.
