Went to the bar for a drink and they wouldn’t serve as they thought we were over served. Very weird experience for a dead property, especially for a four seasons. When we travel we always stay or try to stay at a four seasons because of their exceptional service. I have to say it was very underwhelming at this location. The resort itself is stunning and has so much potential if only the service was there. Breakfast was not good or like all the other four seasons locations. Food is mediocre at this resort which is hard because the resort is so far away from everything else so it would've been nice if the food was better tasting.

The resort is breathtakingly beautiful with casitas literally built into the landscape. The pools are amazing with delicious drink and food service. We spent our days soaking up as much of the pool scene as possible. Our suite was extremely well appointed, quiet, and comfortable. I had the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel here. We cannot wait to return in May. If you’re looking for a relaxing retreat, this is it!!
