All good—truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and effortless. The desert setting is stunning, the casitas are spacious and beautifully appointed, and the entire property feels peaceful yet polished. The pool and spa are top-tier, and dining (especially Talavera) was excellent. A perfect blend of luxury and relaxation—we’d absolutely return and highly recommend.

Absolutely unpallatable breakfast that took over an hour to arrive , disgusting. Edited to add photo, outside perimeter of their fenceline, these revolting people think they have a right to poison desert rodents well outside their direct cooking and lodging areas. Anyone who stays here and thinks theyre an environmentalist is a collosal hypocrite.

The first night...greeted with the stare and rudeness ...food service the first night was great.... however the second day lunch was horrible had to be sent back it returned worse...not to mention there was a baby scorpion in the suite that was almost stepped on.... security came to catch the scorpion it escaped to the living room area....oh this wasn't a baby scorpion...the moment security let it escape is the moment I checked out of there....was credited room tax....I didn't asked for any compensation....when I checked out abruptly they never pulled my car around...it's okay....they also charged me peak season rates...$4k for one and a half days ....yeah...I've traveled many resorts and this place for what they charge....is definitely run down and not worth it...FACTS

Similar to the other four seasons, the brand name never fails me. The hotel is in a great area with a lot good sightseeings and activities available. The staff is very friendly and knows their guests. This is definitely a bar-setting property.
