  My husband and I stayed here for a few nights during a week and I thought it was great. Rooms were clean the facility was a quiet place. A few keys things I loved were the in house restaurant, serving food all day, breakfast was included with your stay. There are 2 pools on the property, along with hottubs. The front desk was outstanding I was astounded at the fact that they were able to provide me with a little sewing kit to fix a wardrobe malfunction. The staff was wonderful anywhere we went and the little in house bar next to restaurant was a nice visit as well. Would definitely recommend!

  If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. This hotel is a complete scam, and based on our experience the GM shouldn’t be managing anything more complicated than a vending machine. My wife and I booked a 2-night staycation three months in advance, specifically reserving the King Suite with the jacuzzi tub. That tub was the entire reason we booked the room. We don’t have one at home and were excited to actually relax for the weekend. After arriving late from a friend’s wedding around midnight, they handed us keys and sent us up to the room… which turned out to be a handicap room with no tub at all and one of the most awkward layouts I’ve ever seen. Not even close to a suite. We went back down immediately and were told, very casually, that they had given our suite away and this was all they had left. So let me get this straight… you let us reserve a specific room three months in advance, then just decide to give it to someone else and hope we won’t notice? When we said we didn’t want to stay because the entire point of the stay was that room, they offered to comp the first night and promised we’d get the correct suite the next day. Since it was already midnight and we had nowhere else to go, we reluctantly stayed. The next day… radio silence. No follow-up. No room change. Nothing. I called down and the GM said he’d call me back in 30 minutes once our room was ready. An hour later I had to call again, only to be told the room wouldn’t actually be ready until after 4 PM. At that point we said forget it and asked for a refund for the second night so we could leave. Their first response was essentially “too bad.” Only after we said we would dispute the charge with American Express did the GM suddenly say he’d “send a refund request to corporate” and that we should wait a week and see if it shows up. So to summarize: • They gave away the room we booked months in advance • Put us in a completely different room without telling us • Promised to fix it the next day and never followed up • Then refused to refund us when we decided to leave If you book here, just know that the room you reserve apparently means nothing. They will happily switch you into something else and hope you’re too tired to argue about it. Avoid this place unless you enjoy paying hundreds of dollars for a bait-and-switch.

  Everything about this property was 10/10. The building is a bit older yes, but it’s very well maintained and the staff was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean. Comp hour had great selection, and was replenished frequently. Pools and hot tubs were cleaned and well maintained, and the fitness center was almost an actual gym. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of Scottsdale so it’s perfect if you want to roam around town.

  I am giving the staff here five stars because they are very wonderful and professional and catered to whatever you need. The rooms are dated but that’s OK they are clean. Food was fantastic free every morning. I don’t know how they do it but it’s also five stars. The pool and spa areas where cleaned and maintained and one of the Pools open 24 hours so you can swim and they heat it because it’s warm. Great, if you’re on a budget with children who liked to swim and the free breakfast is economical for a family

  We recently stayed at the Hilton, Scottsdale, on Monday 2/2 arrived around 3 pm. I am from the Bay Area, my friends are from France. We loved the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Unfortunately, both female hosts at the front desk lacked any courtesy manners from the moment we walked in, though we gave enough opportunities to make it right. More so, one of the bathrooms was not working properly and my request for maintenance to the front desk was competely ignored. I am disappointed as this was the last night of a great vacation. I do however commend the maintenance personnel who was more than helpful and the restaurant hosts.
