First off, nice clean property! Friendly employee we interacted with. Ok SMALL rooms if you're in a wheelchair you'd assume they notice that at check in and adjust your room. It was not busy at alll. Very tight and good luck getting into the restroom when there's no room for a wheelchair. Oh well live n learn

We stayed in this hotel on Friday, 11/7 to Saturday 11/8, the reservation was in my wife's name.
Room number was 115.
The hotel looks clean and modern, with well-designed rooms and common areas (which we did not use).
For the lack of a better word, I would describe it as a "Boutique"-Hotel. Most rooms on the ground floor open up to the outside, in other words "Motel-style" (direct access as opposed to be shielded by a lobby.
This is not at all clear in the description the hotel provides on their web site; some travelers may not be comfortable with this fact.
In convenient walking distance to Scottsdale's Old Town.
The one-star rating is due to the fact that the club or clubs on the other side of the street had been showering our room with a constant, near-debilitating noise background, mostly deep basses that even ear plugs cannot filter out, since these basses permeate everything. This has been highlighted by several other reviews. Our room was likely the worst, since it was the closest to the street and the club scene (meaning in addition to the music, we got all the traffic sounds as well.
During our stay, I got exactly one hour of sleep before we had to get up to catch an early plane. The music barrage lasted until the 2:00am closing time (followed by increased traffic thereafter and noise from returning guests.
Now, the hotel actually mentions this on their website: "We are located in the Scottsdale Entertainment District, an area known for high noise levels. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."
While this openness is commendable, it is also beside the point. I have stayed in hotels near or in "Entertainment Districts" (Las Vegas strip,...) without losing much sleep. In the end, a hotel is there to sleep. A hotel that cannot ensure a quiet night is feasible, but purposeless.
So in conclusion: If you plan on staying up until 1:00 or 2:00 am, or are active party-goers, you will enjoy this hotel.
Families with kids, business travelers with early-morning schedules not so much. I can under no circumstances recommend this hotel to them.
