  This place was absurdly loud. It is right on a Main Street. That street leads to the most populated night club area in AZ. The music at those night clubs is so loud your room rattles u til 2AM when they close. The jet tub at our fire alarm off so after about 5 minutes it was useless as there are no vents in the rooms. The breakfast for what it was was pretty decent. I would never stay there again.

  We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. I’d like to thank highly professional friendly and accommodating front desk managers- the entire team. The drawback in the room are the multiple gaps in the bathroom door- provides zero privacy , mattresses quality leave much to be desired . Having said that, a nice spacious room, an incredible nice clean stylish swimming pool, a super nice balcony almost like a patio ( loved it ). Breakfasts are great. Overall - we had a very nice stay. We will be back for sure.

  I stayed in a whirlpool suite very nice. The problem arrived when I called to the hotel and informed GM on duty an outfit was accidentally left in the closet of the room. GM Jude(very sorry for the misspelling of name) responded that there was nothing there. I assured him that the outfit was there, I drove from Tucson there with it and I didn’t have possession of it at the time I called. GM became very nasty with me after I expressed to him that the outfit was$100 and he vouched no one took it and I explained if it wasn’t taken then where did it go because it was not in my possession. He began to be very aggressive towards me especially when I said I would just call corporate and report. Room was great GM not so great

  For us great. Had room 306 so noise level didn't affect our sleep. You are by lots of clubs, so I can only imagine if had another room not towards back and blocked by corner post. Sergio and all of the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. We had to extend our stay and the process was extremely seemless. Property very clean and plenty of parking. Breakfast is excellent, 3 hot main items, plus one side to choose from (lots of options) I liked the French Toast and drink included.

  LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL - This was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Its directly across from a few nightclubs and as the front desk person said it only gets louder until 2am when the bars close. I was in room (#115) which is the bottom floor at the front and when I complained about how loud the noise was (room shaking, I could hear the lyrics from the songs being played across the street, room and body shaking from the loud bass) I was offered 2 bottles of water and was denied a refund so I could move to another hotel. Expedia got involved but the hotel declined any action as I signed a waiver acknowledging the hotel was in the "entertainment district". When I checked in at 4pm you could here the music, bass and people partying so I only discovered how loud it was when I returned from dinner at 10:30am. Trust me find a different hotel and hotel brand that appreciates their guests experience. I ended up checking out and drove home the same night as I wouldn't have been able to sleep until around 3am as the front desk person told me. I used to like Best Western hotels but now won't stay with them after this experience.
